My beardie loves it
Its a durable rock that has held up. Functions normally and was a good price for what it is. My beardie loves this rock. Keeps him warm when he needs it. It can be hard to clean it up if he poops on it and it isnt gotten up quickly. A little water and a brush solves that tho.

We use them for our Sugar Gliders
We have been using these heat rocks for our sugar gliders for years and they work pretty well. The only problem I have seen from them is cleaning them is a bit of a pain since food particles do stick to them because of the material they are made from. They can be a bit difficult to clean if you let them sit to long with food particles on them. They heat up well, but one thing to keep in mind is that they do take some time to reach temperature. They slowly heat up so it can take several hours to get to the normal operating temperature. They will feel cold for a while and you might think they are not working, but within 3 hours or so they will be working great.

Works even for sulcata tortoises in the winter
Bought the is for our tortoise which we got from the humane society as a stray ( in Boise, ID) that was misidentified as a Russian tortoiseâ¦â¦ our vet identified it as a giant African Sulcata tortoise. Itâs now microchipped as itâs fast and insatiable. Like an vegan zombie. Anyway she/heâ¦. Gender reveal in a few years because sometimes gender takes longer to be established. He/she loves this thing in the winter and will get right on top of it. No pressure. We will support our tortoise no matter whatever the gender. We love and are so proud of you Spicy Turtelini no matter what! ð³ï¸âðð³ï¸âðð³ï¸ââ§ï¸ð³ï¸ââ§ï¸

My uromastyx and bearded dragon LOVE this heated rock
My uromastyx and bearded dragon LOVE this heated rock. I live in LA up in the hills, and when 30-high 20 degree weather hit I turn this guy on and they gravitate towards it. I notice my beardie lays near it while the uromastyx is the one who lays on it more out of the two types of lizards, probably because he needs higher heat levels. This is definitely not a good main source heat, but really nice to add something direct and allows them to “absorb” heat direct (I Guess you could say!)When it came in, little tiny pieces of the rock broke off, nothing major at all, but I would think heavier package for this product would be a good idea.Overall happy with it!

Too Hot
The hot rock was pretty much as described, decent quality etc. But it got way too hot to use for a snake. You couldn’t hold your hand to it for more than a few seconds. Maybe it could be used as a decorative, or radient heat source if the animal can’t come in contact with it.

Was will man mehr.
