Good product but damaged in shipping
Iâve order these many times and itâs most likely due to the shipper that the bulbs were damaged. Check your product soon as you get it. The bulbs themselves normally function great and have a good run time in the amount of hours I need it for my reptile. Heat is good and it covers a good wide range

Be careful
I’ve been buying these bulbs for a year they have been great all up till now. I’m thankful I seen it before if fell on my bearded dragon. It was still working when I removed it but hanging by a thread. So just be careful an check your bulbs frequently I could had just got a bad one out the batch but could of been bad as these bulbs get hot an are made of glass

There’s a reason this was on sale
I use the exact same brand and wattage bulb for my tegus basking spot with a 250 watt zoomed brooder lamp. My previous bulb lasted about 5 months before burning out and needing replacement. I figured the 2 for 1 deal would be nice so I could have a replacement bulb on hand. Within 2 weeks the 1st bulb burnt out rather spectacularly and I’m fortunate it didn’t shatter. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is I’m on the 2nd bulb and hoping the 1st bulb failure was just bad luck.

My bearded dragon needs a high temp. One did not turn on and the other did not get hot enough. I am not able to send them back because the day I got them, his bulb burned out. I had to use the one that was not hot enough. JUNK!! Don’t bother.
