Shattered inside box
It was totally shattered inside the packaging. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. Trying to find something else to replace it with.

Came with broken off pieces but usable
Looks great works great just some broken pieces from ship better packaging couldâve prevented this. Do not overfill it, or it will fall out of the sides. After using it for a few weeks the tube for the sump pump inside gets loose and won’t stay attached

seems to foam a little when water is dirty which i found odd at first but other than that itâs a great product and my crested gecko loves it

It arrived damaged from shipping. To be fair to the people selling this, I did not reach out to have it replaced so theoretically they could have easily replaced it and there would be zero issues.For us it runs out of water often which makes it run loudly.Overall functional for it’s purpose, and we may replace it with a non broken one in the future.

Not worth it…Leaks everywhere
Pump tubing does not line up correctly and was difficult to keep in place, once set up you have to basically remove it from the tank to fix. It leaked everywhere and flooded my substrate multiple times. After a week or so I gave up and removed it.

Okay but leaks and needs to be refilled often
A corner piece came broken but it didnât affect the set since the bowl itself was not compromised, but it leaks nonetheless. Is relatively loud unless full to the brim. Very disappointed. Would not recommend as a long term accessory.

Son’s tortoise loves it
I got this for my son’s tortoise when we got him a larger home. Every tortoise bachelor needs a water feature! He seems to love hanging out near it when it’s running.

It has pieces broken off right out of the box. And it had clearly been opened and badly repackaged. Very disappointed.
