I use a couple of the Zesty Paws products..
I have 6 dogs and a couple of cats but I use the Gut Health and Immune products and I love them both.My smaller dogs- shitzu mixes- get a little nugget each day. My larger ones get 2 or even 3 depending on which dog but it has made a world of difference on how often I need to get the smaller dogs groomed.They would get that smell. Yes, that terrible smell- my standard poodle would get it as well. That terrible anal gland smell and then also bite at their hineys and that meant groom time! Even if they didn’t really need to be groomed- so it got expensive to just take care of that. But, enter in our little gut health treats and BOOM! It did not take long but their bottoms got better! It also seems to help them go potty better in general.I don’t use cheap food. I don’t give them people food either. I’m picky about what treats they get. I’m a little tyrannical about it but I need them to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible- these are my babies!I have always bought what was ‘best’ but it just didn’t mean that they wanted to pass it just right. Enter these little supplements, that my dogs think are treats..they really do love these little things, and yay, good things happened!I’ve always recommended this product to friends (the allergy variant has been particularly great for us). However, last month I received a tub that wasn’t quite right. Although I had previously rated it 5 stars, I hadn’t written a review. Thanks to their amazing customer service, I decided to come back and write one now.Anyways, I received that not right tub on my normal subscribe n save and the normal sized nuggets were not even close to being normal sized. I had about 9 normal sized ones out of the 90 count I get each month. The rest were just malformed and smaller than they should have been and I couldn’t really gauge how much to give them and I also had to just out it in their food since I couldn’t hand it to them as a snack.. It was definitely a QA thing. But, they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (I have never used it in the 2 or 3 years I have been using these) and I emailed the company and sent them a pic and they just sent me a new tub. No hassle whatsoever.That’s a company standing behind their product!

I was skeptical butâ¦
Ok, so my pupper, Holly, has been having issues with the whole scooting thing and constantly licking her tooshie and anal gland expression (performed by the vet) didnât seem to be doing much beyond maybe a few days with less frequency but it never fully stopped.So I stumbled across these Scoot Away chews, read the reviews, and I was surprised at how positive most were. I figured hey, theyâre on sale for about twenty bucks (at the time) and thought even if they donât actually do what Iâm hoping they will, at least they have good nutritional content so worst case scenario Iâll give them to her just to finish the little tub and sheâll just get some extra vitamins. Well, here I am writing this review (I donât write many) because Iâm buying her second tub now that the first I purchased is getting low so I wanted to be sure to share our experience with these little gemsðOMG! I swear Iâm not exaggerating when I say the scooting and licking has totally stopped! I noticed a pretty significant decrease within just the first few days even when I hadnât actually stepped her up to the full dose. I think within a week IT ALL STOPPED. I mean, Iâm sure she gives her booty a little lick here and there that I donât see or notice, but I havenât seen a single scoot since I started her on these almost right from the start. Will they work for your dog? I donât know but I know they work like a miracle for my baby girl and for me, totally worth the price. My only other alternative was to take her into the vet regularly for them to express her glands and insert some kind of medication up there which I knew would be expensive, a hassle, and she wouldâve hated it (because really, who WOULD enjoy that??).And bonus, if your dog doesnât like them or they donât seem to be making a difference, I think the company is very good about returns even if itâs opened (though please verify that because Iâm going off of my shaky memory). Oh! One more thing: when they say âsoft chewsâ, itâs very accurate. Holly is only around 4ish years old (not totally sure because she is a rescue) but even a senior doggo with dental issues or even no teeth would have no trouble scarfing these down. Holly seems to really enjoy the flavor and she can be a little finicky. Good luck to everyone and I hope they work as well for your babies as it did for mine!

Works well enough for us
We’ve been using this for our lab mix for the past 3-4 months. He was CONSTANTLY dragging his butt on the floor and going to get his glands done every 4-6 weeks. Came across this and gave it a shot. I gave 4 stars overall because he does still scoot from time to time, but it’s not nearly as bad as it was before and has only needed his glands expressed once. Flavor I gave 5 stars for because I assume they taste good if my dog keeps eating them lol, but we throw them in his food in the morning. Scent, obviously, none of these supplements smell that great. And value 5 stars because it’s saving me the time and money from taking my dog to get his glands expressed once a month.

This is amazing! Our little yorkiepoo has had issues with her tummy and bottom forever! First day she was given this amazing pill she did not cry and did not scoot! She is very content! It’s such a relief seeing her so happy!

Works about the same as boot the scoot.
I just received these. Upon opening. They are much larger and dryer than glandex. Glandex is like puddy compared to these. But I decided to give them a try. My glandex only extended having to express the glands from like every 2 weeks to about a month to 5 weeks. Hopefully these can do a better job. My dog ate it with no issues so far. ****update after 1 month**** Same as the other ones I used. After 1 month was scooting and locking. Had to express her and both glands were full. So these pills seem to delay having to do that about 2 weeks. Without I have to do it sooner. But ultimately they don’t stop the scoot as they advertise.

Great product to help with anal glands. The pups love it and think this is one of their treats. Definitely makes a difference when using regularly!
