Customers say
Customers find the cage perfect for sugar gliders and other small animals, with plenty of space for toys and treats. However, the cage receives mixed feedback about its quality and value for money, with some finding it decent while others consider it poor quality and not worth the price. Moreover, the cage is difficult to assemble, taking up to 3 hours, and customers report issues with flimsy wire, bent bars, and missing instructions.

Great cage for rats
I am a fancy rat enthusiast who tried a ferret cage that led to my miniature female rats escaping and having litters. This cage was the perfect solution because of the half inch bars and metal design. It was fairly hard to assemble however but I used a needle nose vice grip to bend the attaching bars which worked well. It is very well made and even my young miniature rats are not able to escape. In addition, they love this cage and look very content. I love the small doors that make it easy to reach my little rats as well. I have put old towels and blankets on each ledge so that the wires don’t hurt their feet and have wire tied all of the ledges and ramps to improve stability inside the cage. The ramps have large openings which led to one of my miniature rats getting her foot caught so I taped cardboard to each ramp. However my regular size male fancy rats have no problem with the openings in the ramps. The cage is so roomy and I have ten miniature rats in one cage and they have plenty of room. I purchased an additional cage for my six large male rats and it also fits them well. They LOVE this cage and it wheels around making it so easy to move. I wire tied some of the little doors that I wouldn’t use and use bungee cords to keep the sliding doors closed. I am very pleased with this cage and it also comes with perches if it was going to be used as a bird cage. I used a few of these perches to tie blankets to and make a hammock for my rats.

durable
You really need two people to put it together but once it is together it is a great cage. Easy to clean & has wheels for easy moving.

Flimsy. Difficult. Horrible.
I have never had a worse time with a cage. Itâs super flimsy and Iâm so worried about a rat getting hurt. Unfortunately I canât return it as it was sort of an emergency buy due to my local pet shop getting something wrong. Honestly save your money. Iâm no way is this cage worth 70$ maybe 20$ max. I really wish I could get my money back. Iâm so sad to say this because I was looking forward to getting it for my new girls. I hope the seller sees this because I deserve compensation. It hurt to put together and itâs super sketchy. Iâm so saddened to see such a lie on the info too. The wires were bent. The doors arenât safe. It flat out was damaged when I got it. The instructions were horrible. No part of this cage is good. Do. Not. Buy. It.

Itâs a great product for the price. Better to get this than a cage to small for your birds.
Ok I love this cage. It is a little hard to put together but itâs worth it. The price is amazing if you just use zip ties for the cage it works fine. My 4 parakeets love it. Itâs a nice big cage for an amazing price oh and parakeets love the ladders

Chin Cage
Pros:CheapLarge SizeLots of DoorsCons:Construction somewhat difficult with no instructions and need plyers to bend metal.Ladders and Levels extreamly unstable and not safe and no easy way to secure them properly.Cage bars not spaced properly for Chinchillas and other small animals to climb.Wooden dowels it comes with are not cut too proper length and don’t actually fit.If your looking for a large inexpensive cage then this might be the cage for you. If you have some extra money then you might want to keep looking. I used cardboard from the shipping box to put on the ground level for my Chins so they dont hurt there feet. The ladders are not secure and if they run fast up them they can fall off, also they easly pick them up to inspect them then drop them. This cage would be alot better suited to birds.

For the price, nice rat cage
I needed a larger cage for my 4 rats to have more space. This was a great option for a low price and it’s huge! I love the size and it was pretty easy to put together. I used metal zip ties to secure the corners of the cage frame together because I couldn’t bend the hooks closed, but it works. It’s a tiny bit wobbly, but it’s sturdy enough for small animals like rats. I wouldn’t put a guinea pig or a chinchilla or anything larger than a rat in it because it might be shakey when they move on the upper levels. I dont love that the bottom grate is not removable and the tray underneath is very cheap and warped. The tray barely fit into the slot, but I have blankets lining the bottom grate anyway, so the tray is not necessary for me, luckily. If your hoping to use that tray as the cage floor, it will not work at all. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The rats love it. I still need to get more things to put in it for them and some fall nets just in case because the cage is so tall. You could definitely put young rats in it because the bars are close together with no gaps. You might need to put clips on the bottoms of the doors for extra security if your rats are strong enough to push through since rhe doors do lock, but you can pull the bottom of each door to make a small opening and your pet might even get suck trying to escape. The wheels roll smoothly and the whole cage can be rolled from room to room while fully set up with pets inside, even over carpet. Just roll it slowly when you move it. Anyway, as long as you’re aware or the slight down sides and prepare the cage, it’s very much a good choice if you can’t afford the expensive cages. I would recommend.

best home ever!!
This cage is AWESOME especially for a family of gliders larger then three or more.. I have 4 an more on the way and this cage makes them so happy they fly n jump all over the place climb n play upside down lotsa room for toys n treats to hang n lotsa room for food dishes if u r having issues with a dominant glider over food dishes like i had well they cant be every where lol.. Five levels gives every one a chance at goodies .. This was the best investment i ever made next to my babies for sure!!

Purchased this over a year ago and i love this. It’s for ferrets and maybe even cats but i use it for my Parakeets. They have an obscene amount of space for toys, multiple food trays and even a small nest. It’s easy to place in a little nook in your home and even easier to assemble. definitely worth the money spent!!
