Useless
This product is not that effective. There is barely a difference between this and a regular fan. I’m using the included ice packs but that hardly does anything to change the cooling level. I’d say this is probably 1-2 degrees cooler than just a regular tower fan. Water tank needs to be refilled every 40 minutes to an hour. The fan, even on speed level 01, is very loud, 02 and 03 sound like a jet engine. Build quality is good but that’s all this has going for it. I will be returning this, as there is no point to having this.Edit: WOW, it gets worse!!! This thing leaks!! It has been leaking a ton of water, no wonder the tank only last about 1 hour. This is seriously one of the worst purchases I have EVER made!

Used in a nursing home
Itâs much taller than I realized. It was bought to be used for a family member in a nursing home so freezing the ice packs is not an option. Just filling the water tank provides a mildly cool breeze Due to the lack of the ice packs. Overall it is acceptable

During the recent heatwave, this cooler was my saving grace. The evaporative cooler is so effective, and ice packs make it even better. The remote control is handy when Iâm too hot to move. Iâve recommended it to all my friends!

This Is A Fan Not An AC
First of all, guys, please observe, that this product is just a very good fan, BUT NOT AN IC. It works well to pour the breeze upon you, but IT DOESN’T COOL DOWN THE AREA, NOT FOR A ONE DEGREE DOWN.

Take care of it
Iâm giving 3 stars only because the water does leak out, but the water has to come from somewhere, so I put a towel down and my hardwood floors are just fine. It’s not a huge leak. The other part I donât like is having to add water every 3 hours and switch out the ice packs. If only the water evaporated slower. Then I had to play MacGyver to clean and put it back together. The good thing about it is it does keep the living room very cool and comfortable.

Not all items were in box a d doesn’t rotate
Supposed to come with remote and instruction.. box was smashed in .. wasnt real happy at all… but the tower was not damaged . So far it is working but we will see .. will update reveiw if seller gets back with me.. so update never heard back from seller about this order and now it will not rotate when using the so called air conditioning part of it , it only makes horrible humidity.. worth thing to buy.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! JUNK !!!!!

The fan and cooler work quite well. Only 4 stars because I was under the impression that it came with a remote, and I did NOT receive one.
