Finally, a primer on remote medical kits written by a master instructor
This is the book I wish had years ago when trying to sort through what exactly should go into a backcountry medical kit. The author, who has reams of field experience in the wilderness and less-developed parts of the globe, goes into the critical items every hiker or traveler should have, recommendations on training, medical gear doâs and dontâs along with several colorful stories from his years of handling emergencies as a remote medical instructor and paramedic. Read this book and then trick out your personal first-aid kit with his recommendations and you will be prepared for Murphy.

A clear guide
the author guides the reader through various scenarios for everyday emergency vehicle kits through some more advanced topics. Some of the items seem a bit more advanced and spendy than I would probably use, but it is a good read nonetheless.

Not bad in a pinch
Good practical advice for the money spent and helpful tips too. All in all it was alright for the money.

Great basics
well It did mention the basics and I would give a point to that, also it did elaborate on the things to bring and not to bring and it did mention about what a first aid kit contents should be.although the price was cheap and there were no visuals in this digital book I would still give it a 4 because of the knowledge I gained after reading this book.
