Gloves that fit!
I originally bought these from Lowes at least 4 years ago. Wasn’t even looking for gloves but tried them on just to see and ended up buying them.I have always struggled to find work gloves that fit snuggly. My hands are apparently much slimmer than the average work-glove-maker has accounted for. Most are huge on my hands, while still being far too short in the fingers.For reference: Middle-finger length is little over 3-inches, while my palm circumference is just under 7-inches (~6.8”).These are not *perfect*. The fingers are still just a tiniest bit too short for me and the palms are still just a little too wide. (And the seam on the one small-finger is a little irregular on this pair.)However! They still fit better than anything else I’ve found yet. And they’re comfortable!I spent two weeks splitting time between cleaning inside and doing overdue yard work for a loved one recently. Spent many hours in these gloves pulling weeds, trimming hedges, pruning trees, tackling overgrown lawn edges/borders, and cleaning up after all of that. My hands stayed dry and comfortable the whole time.The velcro wrist closure keeps dirt and debris out of the gloves. The leather palms and light padding protect hands from sharp plants and blisters alike. As well as providing a pretty good grip on anything you’re holding, like power tools or a garden trowel. The mesh backs help keep hands from getting too hot. They also wick moisture away surprisingly well! I was working in 90° heat most of those days, sweating profusely, and my hands never felt hot, soggy or “swampy.”I just bought this new pair because after around 4 years of (somewhat light) use, my old ones are starting to wear out a little. I was also surprised they still make them. Had to snap up a new pair “just in case.” I’d spent hours looking for new work gloves and getting slightly frustrated before it occurred to me to see if they still made these. (They never once came up in Amazon’s search results in all that time. I’m glad I thought to look for the specific brand!)

Immediately stoked on these, the fit is fantastic and I feel unstoppable. Hoping they hold up!

When my Canadian friend mentioned that the material supplies from India, for her high-end New York outfits, arrive reeking of petroleum, and my custom-made, beautiful Kashmiri jacket likewise, alarm bells started ringing, since the local news, and New York, were raging about women bursting into flames. Otherwise, I fully trust this brand since my short fingers are able to reach the very end of the glove finger tips, a rarity now, since all products made in China, or otherwise, cater to the modern, young woman of a stronger build.

Update 1.25.21Still holding up after significant wear and work. As mentioned, I’m pretty hard on my gloves. So far still no ripping at the seams which seemed to be the demise of the other brands. I am seeing the leather wear down at the finger tips and wondering how long until my fingertips split through. I’m still hopeful. Providing photos of the exterior in addition to the interior given some questions from others.___I’m way too hard on my gloves and often need something that fills the gamut from gardening to retaining block tough. I’ve gone through countless pairs of hardware store gloves, not only trying to find a size that fits a typical female hand but one that would last the test of time and endurance through whatever I seem to put it through around the house. Retaining wall blocks are usually the monster that destroys every pair, usually through the stitching in the fingers. I was looking for something that could defeat the beast while also providing breath-ability on those hot summer days and warmth on those cooler fall days. These seem to do the trick and they might have even made me a brand loyal customer if they can stand the test of time. Definitely recommended for ladies who are a bit tougher on their gloves than the typical gardening task allows.

I measured my hands before purchasing, but the gloves were still not long enough. I had to return. Quality felt good though.
