Customers say
Customers find the hair trimmer to be of good quality, working well on poodles and being very quiet during operation. They appreciate its ease of use, with one customer noting it’s particularly good for pet grooming tasks like bridle paths and feet. The battery life receives mixed feedback – while some say it stays charged for a long time, others report it doesn’t hold a charge. The cutting performance and durability also get mixed reviews, with some saying it cuts through matted poodle hair like butter while others report it breaking on second use. Value for money opinions are divided, with some finding it outstanding while others consider it a waste of money.

Awesome shavers
Was somewhat skeptical, but figured I would try anyway. Bought to shave horses ears, bridle path, ears, etc. Surprisingly quite!!. Did 5 horses used 1 battery ( still seems to have plenty of run time) clipper comes with (2) batteries which is great. Horses didn’t have much problem with noise or vibration from clippers. Has multiple adjustments. All adjustments were awesome. Blade was extremely sharp and still seems extremely sharp. Did get clippers to bog down alittle but that was more my fault, got to aggressive with how fast I was trying to shave bridle path, so I backed off and clippers had no issues. Would definitely recommend. Not sure I would use for whole body shave due to it being battery powered, but I would hesitate shaving smaller areas.

Great for a dog and poodle
Got this for my standard poodle. He hates at home grooming but we are traveling and I had to do it myself. I had researched different clippers and why he might hate the grooming so much. These stay cool and are quite quiet. They are everything Iâve been looking for and the best part is that my poodle tolerates it! Iâm able to keep him at the perfect length and will save so much on grooming touch ups. I also love that I donât need to plug it in and can groom him right in the grass so heâs comfortable. It really is what Iâve been looking for and never expected to be so successful grooming such a stubborn pup.

Quality sheering without the hassle
Worked well on my golden doodle! Light weight, long lasting battery. Ergonomic shape, easy to use, glides well along hair for even sheering. Relatively quiet vs other brands…had calming effect on my doodle, grooming strap/table not required. Beautiful and soft finish! Gone are matted hairs. See photo of my handsome, groomed doodle.

Disappointed
I ordered these during Covid lock down because I couldn’t take my little 7 lb. yorkie to the groomers – along with many, many other pet owners. Amazon didn’t have many immediately available options (understandably), so I bit the cost and ordered these $130 cordless clippers. They worked very well initially, but here I am in December and approximately six uses later, and it seems the clippers aren’t connecting to the battery. I clean the clippers thoroughly after each use and oil them as recommended. I cleaned out the clipper interior where the battery goes and was sure there was nothing on the battery itself. I’ve missed the return window, or these would have definitely been returned. Remember, these were used on a very small dog approximately every six weeks since receiving them. I expected them to last for years at that cost.

Standard equipment for Standard Poodles!
Iâd seen professional groomers sing the praises of these clippers specifically for clipping Standard Poodles; they were right! The adjustable blade is perfect for doing faces and feet, without getting super warm. Dial the blades short, slide on a guide, and shave down the whole body! 2 batteries means youâve got one on the charger, and one in the unit – charging is done before the other wears out. Light weight, which is important for my disabled hands. Charging station holds clippers, oil, and brush – just needs a spot to store the charged battery and the guides. To sum it up … so worth what I paid for them, and canât believe I waited till my second Poodle to get these!

Good quality but…
The product works well but even adjusted to the longest level it shaves very close to the skin. They included plastic guide combs but those don’t go through the hair well. May work for others but it doesn’t for me. Missed the return window so I’m stuck with a pretty expensive trimmer 🙁

PREPARE TO KEEP SPENDING $$$$ on Battery replacements & Blades!
I love and hate these clippers. When they work right, they are a dream come true. I was in love with it the first year. SO easy to use. SO quiet and maneuvers into the smallest spaces easily. Appeared to be so well-designed. Such a pleasure to use. Two batteries meant one was always charging while the other was in use. It is small enough to get in close on the pads of the feet and around the eyes easily.I’ve had mine for about 2 1/2 years now. I’ve used it on my own three small dogs to trim around eyes, mouth, toes and inside the ears. I DON’T use it for the rest of the body. So it gets very little use overall. At first, the batteries had a long life and held up well. Now both batteries won’t hold a charge at ALL. Today I went to use it and BOTH batteries failed after having full charge times. Oh, and be prepared to buy a lot of replacement blades also. I only use the blades on clean dogs but still find myself replacing them about three times a year.Yes, you have to stop and clear hair out that gets clogged while using it. But it’s easy to pop the blade on and off. So it’s a trade-off… if you want a small deft little trimmer it is worth the effort. But I am not sure that I want to keep investing in new replacement blades and now new batteries too just to keep it running. I’ve already spent far more than the cost of a new set. You won’t find a more convenient, small cordless clipper, but be prepared to keep spending money on it or look elsewhere.I am looking around for alternatives. It might be more cost-effective to just buy a new one every year or so instead of replacing parts. Sadly, I expected more out of their German made blades and Wahl.

Cut both our poodles in a few hours with this trimmer. Dogs seemed to love it, becoming almost trance like during the procedure. Looked at plenty of these… glad we bought this one…
