The outlet can rotate to multiple positions, which solved a plumbing challenge where I needed the discharge pointed at an angle.Noise level is genuinely quiet. Update: I did end up using the second one for a different tank, but that one failed as well. Customer service was understanding and issued a refund. The price is good for two, but losing both of them under a year and a half is concerning. Thankfully the customer service of this company is good.Not sure why, but one stopped working. I have the other, but I turned it off and replaced it with a more reliable one. These things were working great at first, but after that first one stopped working I couldn’t trust the second.
