Surprisingly good!
Pleasantly surprised with this! Easy to assemble, and seems pretty durable. Using it to wash 2 border collies, each about 40 lbs and they fit well

I received the box in good shape. Upon opening it there were lots of scratches, dings, rub scrapes. I contacted Vevor directly. Their only response for reporting damaged stainless steel was directions on how to clean it. I responded and provided photos of the damage. They send an auto message that there will be a response in 48 hours, another message about how to clean it. I responded and asked for a live person to review and received yet another message that I would get a reply within 48 hours, and then received another message telling me how to clean it! Finally after over 10 messages and a month of back and forth, they sent a message telling me to contact Amazon within the 30 day return window (2 days before the 30 day window closed). That message went into spam, and a week later I received a message telling me the case was closed and asking for a review. I found the prior message as it came into my inbox at the same time, so I contacted Amazon, but now, 2 days past the 30 day return window.Itâs clear that most of the replies and communication is ai, and designed to put off, delay, etc. Iâd give zero if I could. The tub and accessories are not too bad for this price, but their customer service is terrible. As I dig into it, the company was under a different name (Sanven) and has several recalls , complaints ,and lawsuits about bad materials and frustrated customer service experiences, so this seems to be their MO.Check out Reddit, US Consumer Product Safety Commision etc.

Stairs are not great
Overall great but they need to improve the stair mechanics, it does not stay on and it is not sturdy at all/dogs could easily get hurt if you donât hold the stair still

43 inch VEVOR Dog Wash Tub
I gave this dog bath a 3 because I feel the product was not as nice as the description said it was. While the tub seems durable enough, it does have some sharp edges that are worrisome. The faucet handle itself has very sharp edges even though the shape leads one to believe it would be nicely contoured. It does not feel comfortable to operate. The spray wand is a very lightweight plastic model, but at least the hose is very flexible. In addition , the drain/hair catch assembly is constructed of plastic with a thin vinyl drain hose attached. The bath looks easy to assemble and the size is adequate for a small dog. I bought the dog bath because it got good reviews and I was worried about the cost rising due to the recent tariff situation. Iâm not really happy with the purchase, but it is a value-priced item.
