Iâve been using Dermabliss Chlorhexidine + Ketoconazole Shampoo on my dog, and I can honestly say itâs one of the best medicated shampoos out there. Itâs great not only for dogs with skin issues, but really for any dog that needs a deep clean without irritation.This shampoo helps with itching, redness, and that âdog smellâ that sometimes doesnât go away with regular shampoo. The chlorhexidine works to fight bacteria, while the ketoconazole helps with yeast and fungal problems, together they make a huge difference in keeping the skin balanced and healthy. Yeast be gone!
Bought this for our dog with sensitive skin and yeast issues. He was in the middle of a slimy yeast outbreak the first time we used it 3 days ago. We are amazed at the results so far! Not only did it take away the yeast, but it wasnât harsh on his skin! The redness is gone and so far he smells fresh. We have tried so many different options, and this is the best so far! This soap does not have a bad âmedicine â smell like other brands. It spreads/lathers very well, so I feel like the bottle will last a long time.

Awesome shampoo
This shampoo works great in conjunction with our prescription shampoo from the Veterinarian. However I have used this medicated shampoo alone to help keep the rash my white American Bulldogâs skin and his coat is whiter, brighter and so soft. Highly recommend. Also my dog had a rash that stumped our Vet.

Works Well, Strong Scent
Helped calm my dogâs itchy skin after just a couple of washes. Lathers nicely and rinses clean. The scent is a little strong at first, but it fades after drying.

This soap really works well to prevent hot spots and other irritation on my golden retrievers skin. It rinses well and is a good price. We use it routinely when washing him after swimming in the pool or the ocean. I use a shampoo scalp brush to make sure it gets through his thickâs coat to his skin.

Compré éste champoo por segunda vez ya!! Tengo dos frenchis que constantemente estaban con problemas en la piel, éste champoo les mantiene la piel increible, se lo pongo en la piel bien mojada y masajeo bastante, lo dejo actuar por 10 minutos y luego enjuago con abundante agua, me aseguro de secarlos bien y listo!!! Es lo mejor que he podido encontrar para ellos.

Not for fleas
Turns out my dog had fleas. So not sure about the effectiveness of this for skin issues. It didnât help with fleas tho.
