Great DC power supply for an even better price!
I was very surprised with how well this power supply has held up and performed! Given that it was so cheap, I was skeptical. I measured the outputs using a multimeter, and the output was pretty much what the power supply claimed. I also, as others mentioned, really like the “Output” button that is basically an on/off switch for the actual delivery of current. The screen and buttons are quiet well made and bright. I haven’t tried out the USB port or the memory functions, but honestly, this is already a great value for the money!

Stable testing device
Very stable testing device with many safety features. The voltage adjustment is right on and delivers steady power under load until the amperage cap is met. Worth buying if you test automotive or electronic components before use or after restoration. Fit nicely on my toolbox as it occupies little space.

The power switch is on the back of the supply?
I like the accuracy of being able to precisely set voltages and currents, although it is a little weird spinning the BCD dials to get to your desired target settings.And I really liked the front pannel switched output contactor (now i won’t be arcing and sparking during hookup to the DUT).I only have one complaint about the power supply so far. And my complaint is about the main AC power switch. It is on the back of the supply! Why would they do that??? WHY????My bench has kind of a ‘rack mounted’ look to it, and because there are shelves directly above the shelf the powersupply sits on, now I can not reach behind the power supply to shut it off.So now I either have to leave it on all the time, or I’ll have to disconnect it from the AC some other way (unplug it, or use a wireless remote power switch.)Or I guess I can rebuild my workbench from scratch.

Great value for hobbyist or dedicated DIYer
The power off issue mentioned by others is a real concern, but I have it on an easy to reach switchable power strip,so no real worry. For the price I was extremely pleased, and somewhat surprised, at how well it performs. Nice that it takes up almost no space on my already crowded workbench, and I’ve never noticed it getting noticeably hot under load. I bought it specifically to help me trouble shoot hybrid instrument clusters, but I keep finding new jobs for it along the way, not the least of which has been reliable battery charging.

Great PS for the price, quiet, lightweight, precise adjustments, controls feels solid, good readability display.I didn’t test it under full load for extended time yet.Only downsides so far are that declared current 6A is only available up to 25V, then it goes 5A at 30V, 3A at 50V.Also when “output” is switched off with front button, there is still ~500mV measurable at output contacts, which can be problem for someone.
