Attractive and Well Made
The Sumair Uvex gloves are well-made and fit quite comfortably. They’re available in a full range of sizes, and after measuring carefully I chose the size 8 (basically, a Ladies medium+). They fit perfectly right out of the package with little to no break-in needed. Touch screen capable, they’re made of a poly/nylon blend with mesh fabric inserts and Velcro wrist closures – machine washable on delicate in cold water, air dry.The Sumair model’s wrist length is slightly shorter than others in the Uvex line, and there is a barely discernible thin patent leather stripe that adds a sharp touch in the show ring – very nice!

Not worth the money
First and LAST pair of Uvex gloves for me. I was looking for lightweight, less expensive gloves for the summer. The coating on the left glove came off completely the first ride. There were two small areas on the right glove that started doing the same thing. I am sure it wouldâve been the same result had I continued to use them.

Runs small………
So I ordered a large, which is what I wear, and I kinda knew it would be Asian sizing, but my stupid self still did it anyway. Lo and behold, my gut was right. The sizes are NOT ðºð¸ sizes. They are ð¨ð³ sizes. Granted I can still get my hand in and wear them, but I feel like OJ. I can see them wearing out and splitting on the fingers quickly because of the stretch stress. Also the material, although very well and cleanly constructed, feels very VERY cheap. The “pleather” is of the highest cheap quality and is borderline plasticish. I dont expect these to last long. Slightly disappointed as I was excited to get these.

Look like fine leather with a comfortably snug fit and touchscreen capability
I got these for my granddaughter who is an avid rider, but also likes to be able to use her phone often. The material on the fingertips should allow her to do that just fine. The gloves are a soft and very breathable synthetic that looks like fine leather. Thereâs an adjustable closure at the wrist for a snug fit. There are mesh insets at the palm. They are quite comfortable and thin and look quite classy. They may run a little small, but they are stretchy.

Good quality riding gloves for cool weather
It’s winter here in Pennsylvania so I can’t verify how well they hold up but I have tried them on and ridden in them once. I’ll update the post when the weather’s warmer and I use them more regularly. Temhry however seem very nice. They are made for warmer weather as the backs are thin. They seemed like the palms and fingers should hold up well. They fit true to size.

Fits true to size chart, flexible and comfortable
I measured my hand according to the size chart, and these fit perfectly (like a glove, lol). They are flexible enough to allow me to move my hand comfortably without too much restriction, and they feel like they will give good grip on the reins. I haven’t worn them much yet because they are light weight and it is winter now, but I think they will be good show gloves for the warmer months.

Palm flaking
I loved these gloves as soon as I put them on, then I put them on again for my ride. At the beginning of my ride, I noticed some puckering on my palm, under my thumb. Odd, but I didnât have my glasses on to fully investigate. Then I noticed that the grip had started flaking on my fingers. Finally, I noticed the black material from the palm and fingers of my gloves was all over me and my horse. This is the reason that I stay away from the R brand.

Hi, This is a revised review after 1 years use in Southwest UK. My sportstyle gloves durability is fabulous. Sizing and quality are perfect. Good for all seasons in UK, noting there is a winter version available for those riding in Northern England or Scotland where temperatures can be extreme.
