Customers say
Customers find the floating moss serves as a perfect hiding spot for fish and appreciate its floatability, with one noting it stays above the water perfectly. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its appearance, with some finding it nice-looking while others say it looks weird by itself. Moreover, the quality and sturdiness are concerns, with customers describing it as cheaply made and not real. Additionally, the size is very small, and customers consider it not worth the price.

My Betta Loved These
I have a 15 gallon Fluval Flex Aquarium and I agree with reviews who say 1 is probably not enough so I bought 3. I also bought some of those foam Lilly pads and tossed 5 of those in as well. As soon as put them in the tank by female veil tail betta went straight towards two of the floating moss clumps that had bunched together. She absolutely loves them, sheâs much more active and seems to be hiding less now that there is a fair amount of stuff floating on the surface of the water. Two clumped together seems to be what she likes the best so I just ordered 3 more so I can have 3 different clumps of two floating in the tank. The part that hangs down into the water is 4â long which looks fine in my tank. They are very soft and she weaves in and out of them like a pro. If you are trying to make your betta feel more like they are in their natural habitat, Iâd definitely recommend giving these a try.

Trash
Should be free with the quality of this material, but literally fall apart within an environment than five minutes of it being in the tank

Fake plant
Fake plant – Not a horrible decoration but nothing beneficial.

LOVE
I bought one to try out in my 29 gallon tank. I loved it so much, I bought 3 more! My tank is heavily planted with live plants. I tried floating plants like water lettuce, salvinia, even duck weed, but couldnât keep any of them alive – high surface agitation. They donât look like real plants but I donât care, they look more realistic than a spawning mop made of yarn. My shrimp enjoy riding around on them and my fry have safe spot to hide. I like the mossy look on the top, and the silky roots are soft and fluffy. I havenât had a mystery snail climb onto the mossy top of one yet, but Iâm confident theyâll figure out the logistics eventually.

fish died
I got this floating plastic aquarium greenery and I washed it well in hot water, put it in the tank and in 2 days one of my 2 Mollie fish died and the next day the other one died too. I still have a catfish which survived, and is doing ok after I removed the plant and did a water change. They all had been very healthy for almost a year before this. I had made no other changes in the tank except adding this greenery. No way to prove it caused the damage but I am convinced that it did.

Great
Great for fry hide outs. Suggest getting 6-8 to cover and range area

My betta love this plant!
I already had another one of these in my 10 gallon tank prior to purchasing this one and my betta loves it! He likes to hide in it, so I decided to purchase another one. I may even get one more, he likes them so well. The top part above the water is rough, but the part in the water that the fish rubs against is soft and doesn’t hurt his fins. These plants stay above the water perfectly and gently float with the current from the water filter. This was a great purchase!
