Great flexibility in control of temperature within a defined range
While intended for maintaining optimal conditins in a green house or terrarium, this also works very nicely as a temperature control for an air compressor noise enclosure. It controls a fan for cooling the small insullated space and an infrared heat bulb to keep the air pump warm for easing the starting torque on cold days. This unit allows for setting up to a 30 degree temperature zone where it is neither heating or cooling. This replaced a similar unit without this feature that was always on in one mode or the other. There are options for timed on / off modes and the WiFi app works well for programming and checking its condition. It is nicely built with ample capacity for a heater when used in a greenhouse. Great value and flexible functions, highly reccomended.

While some might find the limitation to 2.4GHz WiFi a drawback compared to competitors that support dual-band networks, it hasn’t been an issue for me since my router is compatible.Compared to other controllers I’ve tried, this one stands out with its dual sockets for heating and cooling devices, though only one can be active at a time. For my needs, that’s not a problem since I rarely run both simultaneously. Overall, it’s a practical tool that simplifies temperature management across various applications.
