Great riding helmet!
I was unsure on the sizing, but I went through almost all the reviews and decided to try a Medium. It seemed like most people who had the mediums worked out well, and I donât have an abnormally large or small head lol! I wear approx. a size 7 in hat sizes. I was definitely prepared to return/replace for a smaller or larger size, but thankfully, the medium was PERFECT! I also tried to use the measurements as listed, but ultimately I just winged it!The dial-fit system is great for adjusting to get a snug fit, and I donât have to use the flip-fold system either, so I canât comment on how well that works or doesnât. Itâs just an all-around great fit! Itâs comfortable, light-weight, and even though itâs the winter, it breathes well while riding. Iâm hoping that during the summer months itâll keep my head cool! This is my first riding helmet Iâve owned since I was a kid (no joke), and Iâm extremely happy with the purchase. I bought my kids the Ovation helmets which are good as well, but Iâve heard the Troxels are pretty top-notch. You pay a little more for them but itâs well worth the little extra!Overall, extremely happy with this purchase!

Great everyday helmet at a good price
This is my third Troxel helmet, the shape fits my head well, and this is a really good price for an everyday helmet. Need a bit of trial and error to get the liner fitting right but once that’s sorted it’s a super comfortable helmet to wear.

Affordable protection
This helmet was affordable (compared to others), lightweight and comfortable. It is also quite easy to adjust. I was concerned because my head shape is “long oval” and round helmets I tried almost immediately gave me a headache. This helmet does not. Though I would rather be wearing a cowboy hat, in certain situations a helmet is a smarter choice (I begrudgingly say) and this one does the job very well.

Decent helmet
With it being a lighter weight than some of the others I was happy, however I found it was a little hotter than I like. It is easy to use and works decent for what it is worth, and holds up to being dropped.

Very secure
This fits my sonâs head perfectly. It has great coverage and a fit that is secure-snug enough to keep it in place but not too loose or sloppy. It is very light weight. He is so sensitive to things that are itchy or donât fit properly, and he has no complaints about this helmet. It looks great and the cobalt color is fantastic!
