I’ve tried several fish oil supplements in the past and always dreaded the infamous fish burps that come with them. With this product, it’s a whole different story. It’s actually the reason why I initially went with this product. When I do burp, it actually tastes more like lemons instead of that awful fishy taste. It rarely ever happens though. I like that I don’t have to freeze the pills to avoid the fish burps, which is a huge plus for me. They are stored at room temperature (65F to 85F) and I still don’t have issues with getting the fish burps.I’ve noticed taking this supplement consistently offers an improvement in my cholesterol levels according to my blood work. I was skeptical at first, as someone who works in the medical field told me that these supplements don’t make a difference, but I’d rather have something versus nothing for heart health. I’ve also been kind of an unbeliever of homeopathic medicine most of my life. After purchasing and using this product for several months, I can confidently say that it truly helps with heart health.While I appreciate that Omega-3 Fish Oil sourcing uses fish caught in Iceland, I don’t know if this is true or not, and it doesn’t really make a difference to me. My father had some pretty ugly blood work recently and the doctor recommended that he start taking some medications that had some serious side effects. I did some research and found that this product may help with his issues. He began taking them about 3 months ago and his most recent blood work came back greatly improved. Still not perfect but again greatly improved. Even his doctor asked for the product name so that she could look into it for other patients. The product is easy to swallow, the flavor is okay as well as texture and as well as the size. No complaints highly recommended!!
