I love this!
Who needs an expensive scale or vet visit to stay up on your horse’s weight? This is fairly accurate (tested against that expensive vet scale) and something that you can do on every visit to keep a good record on your horse’s health. The coating and velcro to keep it tight adds to its convenience and ability to stay clean. Well worth the money spent on this little tool.

This is not a paper tape. It is laminated and has a little bit of Velcro on the end (if you can fold it up perfectly ð). It works great and is better quality than others I have had.I would purchase again, but don’t think I’ll need to because this will last.

Easy to use and read
This tape is so much easier to read and use than an old paper version I’ve been using for many years. Because its plastic and not paper I believe it’s going to be much more durable also. While I’m aware that the weights are not 100% accurate I still feel like it gives me a reliable way to track the weights on my 3 horses.

This tape measure is not only easy to use, it is also durable! I use it regularly to watch the growth of my gelding. It seems to be pretty accurate

Good quality and easy to use
I have 3 horses,small ,medium and large. Very easy to use and although I’m sure that it’s not exact,I believe it will be close enough. Great tool to keep in the barn if you need a quick weight for worming and medications also I use about 2 or 3 times a month just to check their weight as anyone who owns horses knows they can drop or gain weight pretty quick and if you see them all the time you don’t realize it till you have a problem. Durable material and easily wipes clean also numbers are easy to read. Make sure when you use it to note their body condition to get correct weight,well conditioned or muscled ,moderate or just a pasture pet not work and body condition is not very muscular. It gives approximate weight for each body type which is also great.

Thought that this would be a good item to have in my horse kit. It worked great to give me an idea of how much my horse weighs and how tall they are.

Pretty simple
I gave this 5 stars because it’s durable and easy to read, I’ve just figured out I’m not that smart at calculations though, probably good if your are or know someone that knows how to decipher, add, subtract and multiply. Great price for the item, I’ll figure it out one day.

Easy to use. Pretty straight forward. Height was accurate. Weight seems to be accurate for my horse aswell. The velcro comes in handy for re-rolling the tape.
