Tough 1 Miniature Poly Rope Halter with Lead

This fits my mini so well
My miniature American Shetland is approx 40” and weighs 350 pounds. This halter and rope fit her perfectly and the color red looks so good on her. I like the nose pressure points on the halter. The halter is adjustable and is easy to put on. It’s well made and should last a long time.

Decent quality and feel
2nd UPDATE: I bought 2 more of these halters in the small size for our miniature donkey and miniature pony mare. The smaller size fits these 2 tiny equines very well…better than the larger size fits my yearling (she’s a bigger min than the other 2). I really like the soft feel of the halters. They shape very well to their faces.UPDATE: We got our yearling mini/pony home and this halter fits her very well with some room to grow. The softness of the rope is great for her tender little face. Since it is a bit big for her at the moment, I’ve learned to tie the crown in 2 knots to take up the extra length so it won’t hit her in the eye if she shakes her head. The lead rope is still just a bit small in diameter and length, but not too bad for leading her around the paddock. The halter also fits our 12-2 HH pony, but it’s snug, so I’m now looking for a similarly made (soft rope) halter in a slightly bigger size for him.We haven’t gotten our Mini home yet, but I like the way this halter feels. It’s not terribly stiff, in fact it’s pretty limber. The red color is very vibrant and seems to be a pure red, not orange-like. The lead rope could be better IMO if it was a little wider in diameter. Just because the horse is small, doesn’t mean the owner/handler’s hands are smaller. Typical lead rope diameter would be more suitable IMO. It could also be longer, but I’m probably going to buy a cotton lead rope to go with it instead. Looking at the size it looks like it’ll fit the Mini we’re getting. I’m going to try it on my 12-2HH pony too to see how it fits him. If it fits him, then it may be too large for the Mini, but since it’s fairly adjustable, I can make it work. Overall though, it looks to be decent quality and feel.

Great price, I’ve been looking for one of these as an emergency halter for my minis for a while, and finally thought to look on Amazon. Not the place I usually look for horse tack, but that will have to change! I have a 28 inch and a 36 inch miniature horse, and this halter fits both of them. So glad it comes with the lead attached.

Right fit and strudy
I ordered these for a large mini horse, it is way too large. Should have ordered a small, these do not run to regular size. I will return and then order small size.They seem to be strudy and look good.
