Affordable, adjustable and attractive! Great halter for mini donkeys.
This is the best halter! It is attractive and fits my mini donkey perfectly. It is a safe, turnout halter which is needed since my donkey loves to stick his head under the fence and eat grass on the other side. If he gets caught, the break away will release him. It is adjustable and affordable enough that I will buy a back up. Only improvement would be to add a snap at the throat latch for easier on/off.

We have a large mini, this fits perfectly it’s so hard to find tack that fits him.. I can’t believe the price! The quality is great and it can be trusted with his grazing muzzle! This is our second one, the first one we found had snapped (just like we would want) out in our pasture.

Good value, fits, doesnât rub, breakaway works as it should
Fits my oddly shaped mini the best of any Iâve tried (thick through throat latch, but short face and small nose). He wears it most of the time because he can be difficult to catch and doesnât like his ears touched, and it doesnât rub. The breakaway does its job as it should. Canât beat the price either.

The halter is great, great value for price. Well made Halter runs small, so you will want to size up. I have a 33 & 34 inch mini, ordered the large and it fits perfect.

Very small and not the most sturdy
I bought this for a cheeky mini donkey. Itâs actually a little too small for her. I was expecting it to be a little more sturdy than it is. Itâs cute and would probably be fine for a mini horse with a smaller head. But probably it sturdy enough for a youngster.

Great value, broad fit range
I bought 4 of these. Would buy 4 more without hesitation. The only thing that gave me pause was that the leather pieces were tanned in India and so the leather smells bad at first because of the way they tan their leather there. Put some leather conditioner on them and set them out side your living area for a day. The little leather accent pieces are pretty. I donât need them for the break away purpose. I do pony rides for little kiddos and needed some fresh looking halters. After the shelter in place order I needed to buy budget items. These fit the bill. One review said the leather piece that goes across the pole was too thin, I did not find that to be true with any of the ones I got. I got the mini – large size and it fit my large minis as well as my medium minus. The nose band is adjustable and the pole piece has 3 holes on each side and room to punch more holes to make it smaller or larger if needed.

I bought large abd it fits my 40 inch “mini” but could easily adjust down ti fit my 32 inch mini. The nylon and stitchinb seams strong. Its very cute

Excellent product for price! Very small though, but still was able to use it on one of my horses with a finer head and a young (3 yr old) horse. Will definitely want more of this product!

The medium fits my two miniature donkeys perfectly! (both are 30 inches at the withers). Not sure how long they’ll last, but really, for the price, who cares.
