Made for my low porosity, dry, thick, curly/kinky hair
I have used a lot of different shampoos. It’s hard to find good products made for black woman on the market, whose products are made by black owned businesses. Both the shampoo and conditioner were very moisturizing. Usually after rinsing my hair of shampoo and conditioner, it is very dry and limp. These products left my hair feeling moisturized and brought my curls to life. When you have the right amounts of moisture, you find out that your curls can look better than they ever have. The scent is nice, not over powering. It is very easy to apply and lathers nicely. That is currently all I use in that line of products. I follow it up with a leave in conditioner also made by TGIN. Looking forward to trying the gel or mousse. I have noticed some new hair growth in an area that was thinning and while I used 3 other products, I tend to think it all starts with the shampoo and hair regimen. Overall, satisfied and will purchase again. It has made my hair routine easier.

I purchased this and the leave in conditioner for my low porosity hair. The quality is amazing, no stores near me sell this the rose water products just the strengthening one. My curls are so tight and nice with these products plus the other items i use as well.

Hesitant1st Time Buyer
So this is my first time ever the shampoo and conditioner from this brand, I have used a hair mask in the past from this brand, which I definitely liked but I did not buy so I thought let me try this brand again, but not for myself for my son! My son has 4b -4c type curls , me, and him have completely different hair so he cannot use my shampoo but I can use his shampoos so I decided to look into natural shampoos that are best for 4c time curls and this is the first thing that popped up on google ! And I decided which shampoo and conditioner to get based on their features, and being that my son is only two, and he doesnât necessarily have any damage to his hair. I felt the best to use would be the rosewater, because of the fact that he has low porosity, and so far, I really love the shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love the packaging and the smell and the overall look I also really enjoy how thick the actual shampoo and conditioner is and it actually suds up very nicely so I know that it is a very good shampoo and conditioner for my son and this is definitely going to be my new, go to Brand !

Soft, shiny, manageable hair!
My favorite shampoo for many years was discontinued in 2020. I have been unable to find anything even remotely resembling the performance of that moisturizing shampoo until now. This one is very close! I waited a few weeks to review to make sure it didn’t start building up on my hair. My hair is soft whether I blow dry it or not. I have naturally wavy hair except for the very top of my head, I know, weird. I think it’s from years of perms in the 80’s because I had straight hair growing up. Very straight. My hair tends to frizz in humidity and feel brittle in dry air. This shampoo/conditioner has been helping it hold the moisture and soften it without making it feel like it has product in it or weighing it down. I do have to use more than I did with the other shampoo. I have not felt any buildup to weigh my hair down and make it lose it’s shine like I have with others in the past. Scent is not overpowering, very mild. This will be my new go-to shampoo. Soft, shiny, manageable hair!

So short story. Let me start by saing I am not discrediting any hair products.That being said. I was using Mielle hair products for my 7 y.o hair and because of over use of the oil, her hair pores became clogged causing flaky scalp. I found head and shoulders product with rose essennce and it was a game changer(will post picture). It got rid of the dry scalp after one wash. I have been searching for rose water hair products since then. I stumbled upon TGIN rose water shampoo and conditioner and took a chance. Let me say this hair was day wash (2.18.24)was sooo easy! Detangling took literally one minute. As some reviews stated,the hair is easy to detangle from the shampoo. Because of the length and curls of her hair,I struggle every hair was day with the tears. Her hair gets bored of products and it’s a constant change. I am hoping this is my last stop,because I was able to wash her hair and bathe her at the same time since baby. . I wash her hair every 2 weeks. And it too 30 mins as a pose to and hour of laying on the kitchen counter to detangle. I really want to see what it does to her dry hair ends. Again no discredit. Every one’s hair is different. My daughter is sensitive to oil products even lotion,so I struggle to find products that would moisturize. I will definitely try the other products in this line.

Very nice for my expensive handmade hairpiece.
I really really like this duo. I also bought the leave-in conditioner. I have several expensive handmade European hair curly toppers and decided to use these on them. What nice results! The hair is non-frizzy, moist and bouncy. The smell is nice but not overwhelming. Even if I comb the hair it still doesnât get frizzy and fly-away. Decided to try it on my hair. Finished it off with the pink leave-in conditioner. Wow! Looked like I had my hair done in the salon. Same as hairpieces – I comb it and no flyaway dryness. Had body and remained moist and soft all week. Nice consistency – donât have to use a lot – and I love the pump dispenser. Iâve tried all the high-end salon products costing 10 times more. I am so pleased with this brand. I feel like I just got my hair done on Madison Avenue.

First of all it smells like metal second of all I bought it because of my low porosity hair and they said itâs really really hydrating, well i wish I could believe that, it didnât feel moisturized it felt almost sealed like, I donât know how to explain it just feels like oil I donât know but it didnât moisturize my hair â¹ï¸
