Just like the picture, but didn’t have instructions for the filtration and bubble pump . But we got it to work by watching a YouTube video. All n all great little strater tank . Got it for my son

Its cute I guess.. but..
Tank is cute. Came with zero instructions for setup. Not going to lie, im not the sharpest but I’m not dur and this took me a solid 30 mins to figure out the lines lol. The filter constantly bubbles at the top making a sort of gargling noise. The top of the lid is always wet around the filter because of this. Ive tried adjusting the air lines every way I could to see if I could get steady stream and nothing has corrected that. The air pump is LOUD. I have it sitting on a towel so it doesn’t vibrate everywhere and make all the noise. The filter is air pump driven. I do enjoy the light but the bubbles have to be turned down significantly or else its too strong for this small tank. I guess my overall CON is the air pump and everything attached to it lol. Otherwise the tank itsself is cute and little. Ive had it set up for a few weeks now no complaints about the tank or size.

I don’t mean to go all Karen here, but anybody purchasing this should be aware of the size + what it comes with, the space and issues of decorating, and their fishs strength.I was so excited for this fish tank. I currently have 6 tanks set up, and one extra out. I absolutely loved this tank when it arrived . . . . However, my fish did not.•The Tank •The Filter •The Bubbles •The Tubes •The overallThe tank itself was fine, but all of the things were too much. It was just overly simple to where it’s complicated.Personally, I enjoy having the freedom of decorating my tank, and placing the plants, the toys, all of that. So my main problem was how limited everything was. The filter took up so much space, and on top of that, the tubes connecting to it were worse.First, the filter. The filter took up most swimming space, as it was in the back center, just as the lid allows. It looked uncomfortable for my fish as he didn’t have much room to swim.Second, the bubbles and air pump and airstone. No. Just no. Again, took up so much space. To keep the bubbles and air pump suction cupped to the bottom of the tank, I also had to put a bunch of rocks around the top. I couldn’t place it in the center, and Thank God I didn’t. My fish would have gone flying out. Which leads to the next problem inconvenience inconvenience. The Bubbles are far too strong for the tank. They also don’t have adjusting settings.NOW MY MAIN ISSUE : THE TUBES. So, there was also The Airline Connector Valve. The Valve connected two tubes : one tube connecting to the airstone, one tube connecting to the filter. The Filter will not work if it is not connected with a tube to The Airline Connector Valve, connected to the Air Pump. ON TOP OF THAT, the other tubes connected to it as well. Long complaint, shortly put, a simple cord filter would do, and a cord airstone, that would do too. In total, there were 2 tubes going straight up through the top of the tank, and a wire cord, that controlled the lights on the pump. The Air Pump Also could only run the filter and the airstone as long as both aren’t full speed power at once. The Air Pump Also had to be perfectly balanced in order to not fall over and vibrate against whatever it falls on. It’s just a hastle.Overall, this tank left 0 room for decorating, 0 room for swimming room, not a powerful filter, and not a powerful airstone which still can take out the fish. It didn’t even have any other room for a heater, which is more necessary than a filter too.If you’re a beginner, I would not reccomend this and if you’re not a beginner, I still would not reccomend this. I personally think it’s all so over complicated. It’s just limited.

My Betta loves this tank! The only problem is that the filter is REALLY loud, but that was an easy fix. Since the tank is on a desk, I just suspended the loud vibrating part in the air behind the desk by putting a box on the chord. The bubbler works rly good and has a nice relaxing sound. To adjust the bubbles, there’s a notch you have to turn at the bottom of the chord. Sadly this product didn’t come with assembly instructions which idk if it was a packaging error or if the product just doesn’t have instructions but my friend also purchased the 3 gallon version of this and it came with instructions. My Betta was a bit lethargic at first but that was mainly due to his prior living conditions and less than two weeks later he’s happier than ever! I highly recommend this kit and it’s a great value for the price:)

Hey so this was an early xmas gift for my son. It’s a small plastic 1GAL tank for one betta fish (or any other fish)For 25$ I can say it’s a decent starter kit. It comes with a pump, all tubing, filteration with one filter and lastly, the water accent LED multi colour fading pattern bubbler effect.The picture shows the greenery and stones which are NOT included in this kit. It’s accessories you have to buy on your own.A few comments:++ Everything is easy to assemble. A 10yo boy can probably put it together but adult supervision is recommended because you do not want to end up with leaks and a mess.++ The kit works … Bubbler and filter are powered by the single pump that is split with the adapter and feeds to both accessories. You really need to adjust the valve to a fine tune to make sure the flow is good with the filter. If it’s too stong you end up with gulping sounds and that is very annoying. I adjusted the pump valve ljust enough to get a good flow without excessive inflow to get it quiet++ The lid has a perfect cut out for the filter and a small feeding hole.– the pump isn’t really silent. It vibrates quite a bit and if you leave it on a bare table top it will make a loud buzz sound. I ended up placing the entire kit and pump on top of a white towel to get rid of the buzzing sound.– I find the plastics a bit thin. You really need to hold the tank with two hands while it’s full. Otherwise you risk cracking it and then disaster ensues.– in my honest opinion, if you’re gifting this, I think for this price it should have come with at least one small accent greenery or maybe some stones. It’s supposed to be a starter kit. So it would’ve been nice to include something for the scene. It just feels like an incomplete underwhelming kit without it. Especially when it’s a gift, I highly recommend you also buy a small fish tank scenery kit with the gift otherwise I feel a bit cheap giving this gift as is.So all in all, I am pretty happy with it nonetheless as everything worked out for him quite well . More importantly my son was ecstatic with it and enjoyed getting it altogether. Glad the pump and all worked fine.I can’t give it full stars because I feel like the overall value wasnt there without at least some scenery. Also the plastics are a bit too thin for me and wished a bit better quality. But considering the price , and how everything works well together. I can give this ⭐⭐⭐⭐ . Just be aware of my tip if you’re planning on making this a gift.Hope this helps.-0-0-0-0update:got a second one. these are cheap tanks but i really like them. bought a second one for another different fish for my kids to care fore. i’ve since replaced the pump with a better one i got from a friend (quieter). But the one that comes in this kit is fine.
