I got this to keep vibrant colors on my fish. They are not impressed with the taste though and leave it when not really hungry. You get a lot, so great value. I only wish my fish loved it as much as i do.

Great food for most tropical fish
I’ve been feeding Tetra flakes to all of my fish for decades. I’ve tried other, more expensive foods, and some are just as good, but many of them simply aren’t. The fish either don’t eat them, or the ingredients offer less nutrition. Some have downright made my fish sick.I think it’s important to have several different types of foods that you alternate between. This ensures that the different nutritional needs of all your different fish species are being met. Any deficiencies in one food will hopefully be covered by another one. Plus, I believe it’s our responsibility to give our fish friends the best life we can! (They didn’t choose to be in captivity, after all.) Adding variety to their diet, in addition to covering all the bases nutritionally, is another way to enrich their lives.

I don’t know what’s in it besides possible addictive substances, But ever since I started giving my fish this, they don’t like anything else, not blood worms. Not pellets. Just this. They are so enthusiastic about this particular brand and colouring that they barely touch anything else. Will continue to buy because the fish love it most of all.

The 28g package is a good size for regular feeding, and a little goes a long way since the flakes are thin but nutrient dense.What’s also great is that the flakes maintain their consistency and don’t crumble at the bottom of the container. This means less waste and cleaner tank water.

My tropical fish love this food, including my Goruami, Kribensis and Loaches. They eat it very quickly and their colour looks great. Tank always looks clean, never any rotten food left over. This packet lasts forever.
