DO NOT FIT
These DO NOT FIT any standard screen tank covers. I tried on a 5 gallon and a 2.5 gallon and it wasn’t even close to fitting. WAY too small.

Items missing from the package
I liked the items but when I received the items the package was cut open and a few of the pieces were missing! Not sure when some pieces were taking out but between the warehouse and my house some were taken. Nothing wrong with items I did receive but I wanted them all!

Didn’t fit my set-up
I wanted to use these clips to secure a lid on top of a 60 gal reptile tank. Unfortunately, these clips were too small. They weren’t long enough to get past the metal rim that holds the glass together. Trying to attach to the metal itself also didn’t work out, because the placement didn’t put it in a place where there was enough tension for the clip to work. So I tried the clips on a smaller tank, but it didn’t work for that one either.The dimensions just don’t work for my tanks. That said, it’s possible it might work for a different set up. I don’t know, since I only tried it on the tanks I happen to have. I like the concept, but I’m now dubious about whether it would fit most standard glass tanks used for reptiles. Measure first and keep in mind whether or not the rim sticks out from the glass, which could interfere with sticking on the clip. That’s where I went wrong.

They’re Okay – Not for Big Reptiles
These are fully made of plastic and the quality is just okay. Not great but not bad either. I’ve been using these for a Ball Python tank. The adhesive sticks well. A larger snake with a lot more power (reticulated python or something similarly sized) could probably break these off if they pushed hard enough on their enclosure lid.
