When working with my hydroponic system, where monitoring numerous factors is essential, it is extremely useful because of the fact that it is so convenient. In order to determine the pH and temperature of the water in my aquarium, I compared it to the pH meter of a different brand that I have been using for many years. It was the constancy of the findings that gave me trust in its correctness. The results were remarkably comparable to one another. The fact that I had measurements for both TDS and EC was really helpful for my hydroponic infrastructure. It enabled me to make judgments about the nutritional levels of my plants that were more informed, and ever since I began using it, my plants have been flourishing beautifully.

This thing is all over the map. Bought it for water PH use. Used it every day for a month. Need to calibrate each use and then takes forever to read. Can be as much as 2.0 off. Ordered another model from a different company.

Corroded battery contact
Battery contact came corroded with old bad battery.

Not accurate
Took to pool store. Tested water with their equipment got a 2400 reading. This tester showed 6300. Pool guy said donât use it. Also recalibrated and still strange readings, use at your own risk , but double check before adding salt to your pool.
