Not palatable
Not sure how the supplement works because I canât get my horses to eat it. Powder did not mix in well with the grain. I tried adding water but my horses still refused and were so mad about what I was trying to feed them. My gelding kept trying spit it out and my mare wouldnât go near her feed bucket. They eat their psyllium and fly control pellets that are mixed with their grain with no problem. I like the idea of a joint and hoof supplement but I think it would be better if this product came as a pellet.

Farrier was so pleased
My horse was showing signs of white line and his hooves were starting to flake. I started Synostride and my farrier literally said âWowâ at the improvement. I will continue this for all my horses!

It seems to be helping
I have a horse who suffers with arthritis from being a cart horse most of his life. He still loves to go and would be heartbroken to be retired. I am constantly trying new supplements and this one seems to be working well. It comes with the scooper and I simply add a scoop to his grain. I also add water because it is very powdery and needs to be wet to keep from being inhaled. The horses don’t seem to mind the flavor. I also give it to my 28 year old horse. He has no lameness issues, but I feel at his age he could use some extra support. Both horses seem to be doing well with no adverse reactions. My arthritic horse doesn’t seem as still in the mornings. I would purchase it again for him.

Hard to feed, pricey
I pretty much wasted a few days of this product trying to figure out how to get my horse(s) to eat it. When added to dry grain it just fell to the bottom of the bucket and was not eaten. I tried adding a little water and they wouldn’t eat it. A little molasses and my most suspicious still wouldn’t eat it but the others would. I finally added it to wet hay stretcher and it was gobbled up as they love hay stretcher. A more palatable pellet would be much better. That leads me to price. The current price for the powder is $90 for a 30 day supply. I did some comparisons of ingredients and costs and found comparable products for $60-65 a month. In some comparisons I found that it has a good amount of Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine. It has some Hyaluronic Acid but it’s a small amount especially for the price. I’d like to see more Hyaluronic Acid and some magnesium in the mix. And have it all in more palatable form such as a pellet, at a little lower price point. In summary, this has some good ingredients but the fine powder is hard to get into your horse and the price is high for a 30 day supply.

Really impressed!
I had had to take my 23 y/o mustang gelding off his usual arthritis supplement because he was having an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients, and he stopped coughing but slowed down quite a bit as a result, so I thought I’d try this instead.I’m really impressed so far! He’s picky but has eaten it just fine. I’ve given him a half dose for a week to get him used to it. And he is already running around again like he used to. He’s as level headed as usual, he just feels better. This is the only thing I’ve changed, so something in it must be working for him!I feed soaked timothy pellets, so the powder works great for me in the usual mash. It’s easy to mix in.I plan to keep feeding this! Five stars.

Good ingredients.
We have a mare with a stiff back from an old injury. We showed this to our Vet, and she says it should help. It is a fine powder, so we mix it with some of her breakfast, vet it slightly, and she has no problem with it. Hopefully we will see here moving better in a while. Any supplement takes a while to work.

All Natural, All-in-one, Joint Health Supplement for Horses
This Suppliment seams to be working so far. It is sort of a waiting game to see if it works for all my horses. It is a bit powdery,it needs to have water added to it so it can be ingested, not inhaled. But other than that, my horses do eat it with no issues.

Contains all the right ingredients – will take time to determine effectiveness
I gave it a 5 star review because I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt. As will all supplements, it will take time to determine if there is a noticeable benefit from giving my mare this product. She has had collateral ligament injuries and I want to make sure I’m doing all I can to keep her healthy and sound. Will update after a month. At almost $90 it is a bit pricey, but if it works well it will be worth it.
