I love this steam mop. The continuous steam is what I love best. I also love the Steam & Go Demineralized Water, tropical scent, to use with it. it smells wonderful! I do recommend this product

Easy to use, works!
Not sure why I didnât try this mop right off but regardless when I did I was impressed. No more sore shoulders trying to mop up dog slobber made in some artic lab, this steam mop easily removes it and everything else. Wish i had bought one years ago!! Buy it!

They sent me a pre-owned product. The water chamber arrived with water in it. It does not work well. I 10/10 I don’t recommend.

Not useful features
I’m glad I had a previous steam mop years ago allowing me to make a comparison of the details.I like the seafoam green color.I like that the handle clicks into place to stand the mop upright.I like that it’s lightweight.I like that it comes with 2 cleaning mop pads, plus a plastic guard to be used on carpet (I haven’t used this on carpeting, I don’t know that I will.)I like that this is quick for small spot cleaning, or on a floor that’s not too dirty.It comes with a small plastic container for easy filling of water.It does provide steam quickly.I like the idea of a steam mop, this model just has inconvenient functions.I don’t like the cord length, I can’t plug this into my family room outlet with enough room to reach the opposite side of the room without unplugging and replugging.I don’t like that the reservoir can only hold water, my previous steam mop would hold cleaning product versus walking around with a spray bottle of cleaning solution.I don’t like that the on/off button is lower on the unit, then the power light button is on the opposite side.I don’t like that although the top handle has a slotted spot to hold the cord, it can only be used for storing the cord because when you put it into the slot, it doesn’t hold the cord in place. You have to hold the cord in your hand or drag it around the floor.

Cord too short
Works great only issue is the cord is too short. Had to unplug /turn off mop after use in each room and replug it in for the next room. Mop had to warm up again before I could use in next room
