Works wonderfully!
This thing is magic! It sticks to itself like velcro, and it makes cutting my void’s nails SO much easier! Great quality, great price. She’s between 5-6 lbs but she’s long and lanky, and we have no problem getting her wrapped up in it with room to spare. 100% recommend!

Amazing, does exactly as promised, easiest time Iâve ever had trimming my cats nails. Got the strawberry one in a large, perfect size for a domestic housecat, very cute.

Works great, but extremely difficult to keep clean
I have a 14 year old cat that was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. As part of her daily regimen, I have to give her potassium gel. We were wrapping her up in a towel but that became a bit much as she would still try to escape, slinging the potassium gel everywhere.I ordered this grippy blanket to swaddle her better so she wouldn’t wiggle out and run away while I gave her her meds. This blanket is great because it holds her snugly inside and she doesn’t try to escape! The only downside I have to say about this is, that I could not find a dark colored blanket. My cat is black, so the blanket gets visibly dirty from fur rather quickly and there isn’t a real good way to clean it. The rinky dink lint grabber sticky roller thing they send with it is a joke. When you do wash it, it clings to itself, so it doesn’t really get it clean clean.

Smartest purchase
This is the smartest purchase I’ve ever made as a cat owner. My cat Jester is chronically ill, and she sometimes needs medication or eye drops. We used to wrap her in a pillowcase to keep her safe and secure during medication administration, but this has been such a game changer. She is much more calm and secure, I don’t worry about hurting her by accident, and the blanket design is cute to boot! I purchased the strawberry one. :)Cats are intelligent, and she began to recognize what the blanket met. My work around is that I lay it out flat on my bed or a piece of furniture an hour or so early before we used it. Then, I can just grab and adjust her onto it and wrap her up. Easy peasy. Once medicine is done, she can easily slip out once I loosen my hold on her and the blanket.The size is pretty decent as well! My cat is an 8 lb. cat. It took me some time to learn how to wrap her up but after the first attempt it was pretty easy. Burrito, blanket tuck, etc. You can easily find videos online. I pick up my cat and place her on it and slowly adjust her legs. I’ll tuck her tail next to her body so it’s not sticking out.

It works too well
Why would I rate something only 3 stars if the title says it works too well, I will tell you. For me I feel like this does the job as described and then some, think cling wrap clinging to itself, and then being difficult to straighten out. For me and my cat we would both prefer to getting nail trimming over as soon as possible, and I found that having to completely unwrap, straighten the wrap, then rewrap to be cumbersome. While I think for some people it may be the golden ticket, and it does work, it’s just not for me. I will still keep it handy and try it out from trim to trim, maybe one day it will be the golden ticket.

Just got this in today and it works perfectly. Pic is of my 14.5 lb fur baby (I got the Large size) Once wrapped he CANNOT get out of it! Works perfectly for the smaller as well. Wish I had bought sooner!

Lovely Restraint Method
Great quality, soft fabric that is not too thin or too thick. Holds majority of your average cat sizes. Has gone through multiple washes and still works like it did out of the package. The most this is used for in our veterinary clinic is ear cleaning/eye examinations and administering oral medications. Staff and handlers stay safe and veterinary team can help the patient. Anyone can wrap a cat up appropriately as the fabric self clings and it is easy to readjust without loud noises or pulling if Velcro was involved.

size up!
if your adult sized cat is on the larger side, I would get the extra large. The large size fit just right, but I wouldâve loved a little extra room. This is a perfect alternative to a blanket when needing to trim your catsâs nails. My cat did not move at all.
