Packaged Well With Added Convenience & Nutrition
I usually purchase super worms online from another Amazon retailer, but I decided to try this one because they offer quantities of 100 instead of my usual 200. A few things immediately stood out about this order:Packaging: The worms were stored in a plastic container, unlike my previous supplier, who shipped them in newspaper. Separating the worms from the paper used to take me about 15 minutes, so this was a huge time-saver.Nutritional Value: The package included a note stating that the worms were fed vitamin supplements. So big the gecko is scared!
These are such big, fat and lively super worms that our leopard gecko is afraid of them! They arrived less than 48hrs after ordering (check the listing & order accordingly) in a wire tied sack (think mini-snake bag style) filled with newspaper. All this is inside a live insect postal service box. Seller took great care to ensure a pleasing presentation. Mine had no dead loss. The 4 pet stores around me charge more, give less and usually you end up with tiny, thin, not-so-super worms that have at least 3 to 10% recently deceased members. I am happy to have found quality, value and turn my baby into a worm snob.

genuinely surprised
I am genuinely surprised there was not a single dead one on arrival. We have had an unnatural heatwave and I’m sure some were going to die. I thought they would all be dead when i opened the package that had been sitting in our post box during the wave. But, not a single one arrived dead. However…. Some did escape the bag, and the box so i don’t think there was exactly 100 but as i can’t find a hole in the bag itself, I’m just chocking that up to magic.
