Not exactly squirrel proof if the squirrel can access from the side. Will work great if you can suspend from a strong/rope, wire that a squirrel can’t reach from a post, limb, etc.

Bird feeder
Squirrels are a problem so I ordered this squirrel proof feeder. Well constructed and ez to fill. Eventually the smaller red squirrels found a way to get to the bird food. I bought another feeder, same style but a little bigger. Would recommend the feeders.

Nice feeder
Great quality. I feed sunflowers in all my feeders including this one and they are all within a 15′ area. I have yet to see a bird feed on this feeder, it’s still completely full of feed and has been out for 3 weeks. Maybe it’s the emblem of a bird at the feeding station that’s has them spooked.
