Game changer!
I’d give this suppliment a 1000+ stars if I could. After years on my feet working retail, my legs developed some seriously honkin vericose veins. My legs were really bothering me with tingling and leg cramps, especially at night. Ouch! The only reason I can think of that this supplement wouldn’t work on you is if you’ve got multiple issues and/or are on multiple medications that may be counteracting the benefits. I do not take any other medications but I have always had an issue with retaining fluid around my ankles/lower legs. Must be some sort of circulation issue, I am not heavy but my mother has a lot of issues with her legs and has to wear support hose. I don’t want this to happen to me. This supplement works like a water pill for me. It pulls the water out of my system so that it doesn’t pool in my lower extremities. Just recently I thought, well maybe I don’t need to take this anymore. So I stopped. Within a few days, I saw how heavy my legs were feeling and how much fluid I had started retaining in just a short time. I started again taking Circulegs and within a few days I am back to normal. I just ordered more, will never stop taking it and swear by the results. I am a 47 year old woman weighing in at 126 lbs. on a 5′ 7″ frame. So when I see retention, I really see it.Update for July 2016: When it is warmer outside or you are more active in the heat, you may need to take more than you usually do. Most of the time I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I found since the temps are warmer I am more subject to swelling. Taking an extra pill in the morning seems to do the trick (2 in the am and 1 pm) ;). I would believe when it gets cooler I can go back to 2 pills a day.

Good, but be cautious
First the good: I found that after taking these for a couple of weeks I was no longer having restless legs at night, and my muscle pains were greatly diminished. They also helped with swelling.Now the not so good: I did not find that there was much change in my spider veins – maybe none. Of greater concern is that after I took 1-2 every night for about 3 weeks, I suddenly developed small red dots all over my lower legs. At first I thought they were gnat bites, but realized they were actually petechiae – tiny burst blood vessels. For that reason, I recommend that you watch for signs of this and consider taking a break periodically and be sure to let your doctor know you’re taking this supplement.My legs had been painful for so long, and the relief I experienced after taking these is enough so nice, that I will continue but will lower the dose (only 1 at a time) and take regular breaks from it. I see my doctor soon and will discuss with her. (see updates in comments)

Edema, Raynaud’s or poor hand usage finally something that WORKS!!!
I am late in this posting. I purchased it and there was some confusion on weather I received the product. Turns out my mother that stays with me had taken the package and put it away, so yes they are prompt on delivery. I purchased the product in October after taking a flight to Nashville. My feet and ankles had swollen up like balloons. This always happens as I have edema, severe varicose vein/spider veings and Raynaud’s syndrome…Raynaud’s is primarily a spasmodic peripheral vascular disorder (PVD) resulting in Edema or insufficient arterial blood flow to the extremities, usually fingers and toes, as opposed to a cardiovascular disorder (CVD) which involves the main arteries and the heart. Raynaud’s is most commonly associated with the microcirculation – the nerves, neurotransmitters, hormones and muscles involved in the arterioles, the tiny arterial blood vessels. The vasospasm in the muscles of the blood vessel walls is usually caused by an inappropriate response to environmental stress especially to cold temperature.symptoms:icy cold feet, hands, toes, fingers, less commonly nose and ears, sometimes with pain and numbness. Skin color changes of white/blue/red as peripheral blood flow is reduced by the spasmodic contraction of the muscles in the blood vessel walls (the digits are usually affected), tissues become starved of oxygen (cyanosis), and blood flow returns (rubor). Not all color changes may be present or in that order nor are color changes necessary to be diagnosed with Raynaud’s, but they may develop later.At any rate, this product has been a GOD SENT! When I go out for any length of time in the cold (I live the Chicago area) I lose feeling in my hands and feet and the typical Raynauds kicks in and I have a couple of snow white fingers not getting blood flow. Since taking this product I have noticed a markedly great improvement to this condition. I will be testing the severity of the Edema on my next trip to Florida in February. Hopefully this will lessen the “Cabbage patch doll ankles and feet” effect I had when I landed back home from Nashville, check with your doctor but I am a believer. It wont happen over night either, you need to get a couple weeks under your belt. As a career I am a qc inspector and notice that my hands where always cold and hard to handle gaging.
