My girls really loved these treats! They’re smaller which is good for the little ones! I would definitely purchase these again. We usually buy the freeze dried bite size pieces for treats. Smallbatch is a really great company. I love that they are organic and clean sourced. They are transparent about their ingredients. And while yes, it may cost a little more, its worth it. Our babies are worth it!

Should not be labeled or considered for a cat, only a dog with strong teeth
This product is definitely not for a cat, and should not be described as such. The pieces are too big too hard to break up even try to moisten them, my cat wanted nothing to do with them. Gave them to my son who has two large dogs and they gobbled them up instantly. Please stop labeling this product for cats.

This is pricier than some other treat brands, but I only want freeze-dried, single-ingredient treats, which cuts down my options big time. Freeze-drying keeps nutrients intact and gives the treats the longest shelf life, and with rainbow trout as the only ingredient? Thatâs as clean as it gets.Freeze-dried, single-ingredient rainbow trout isnât easy to find, so if thatâs what youâre after, this is a solid choice. I have a dog and two cats, and all three of them enjoy theseâthough to be fair, theyâre not exactly gourmet critics. Still, no complaints from the furry panel.The quality seems good⦠though I didnât sample them myself. One thing that made me raise an eyebrow: the product photo shows bright orange fish pieces, but what I received was white. Are they even the same fish? Different batch? Undercover cod? No clue, but now Iâm suspicious.Still, if youâre looking for a rare protein treat with only one ingredients, this is a great (if slightly confusing) pick.
