Amazon is not advertising this item correctly
This is a digital access online, not a book with a CD as Amazon is advertising. I got a brochure with an access code to get the book online. No customizable CD rom as indicated. I contacted the publisher and they noted the mistake. Unfortunately, according to this, I cannot return it once opened. I am stuck with a product that I cannot customize or burn onto CD for later use. The customer service and tech support with Elsevier were great, but I cant return this now that I have opened it.

Great collection but can’t print easily
Well organized and current information, but I cannot print directly from the program. The CD loaded nicely onto the computer. It’s easy to search for topics, and there is a great selection. But, when I open the subject and try to print, it won’t print. I get pages of code printing out and it is almost impossible to interupt. However, when I save the handout into a new folder in my computer documents, it prints fine from my documents. I called tech svc at Elsevier and spoke to someone fairly quickly. Unfortunately, they were not able to help. The added step makes this cumbersome, especially in the middle of appointments when trying to send a handout home at check-out. Otherwise, it’s a great product. The problems are not in the medical content, but in the CD that accompanies it.
