Overall a great option for an aquarium.
I love this for my betta. I have a ten gallon tank. I wanted to have gravel and a type of bed for my betta to lay on. I cut the square into 4 long rectangles and put one on each side of the tank. It looks great and its soft enough for my fish. I did have one issue and that’s the suction cups. The suction is not the issue but rather how they hook on to plant. Its just too lose and not very secure. That’s is due to the suction clan being too but to the think plastic it hangs on to. I did struggle with constantly getting undone while installing, but it is very possible. Once I added gravel to it and spread it evenly , it was embedded in place and the end product is definitely worth all the effort. If you use a siphon or a gravel vacuum ( which I have used Both). If your not careful you make accidentally dig it up when your trying into get everything clean. If you take it out to wash it, its sturdy and the leaves won’t fall off like other plastic plants.

Great for aquarium
I rinsed it upside down, under hot tap water to get it to fluff up and look more natural. It looks great in my aquarium. The mat was easy to trim into the desired shape. Great quality, no foliage fell off, it’s soft enough for fish and shrimp and the perfect height to toss a few handfuls of sand on, to weigh it down. Very impressed.

Fake Plant Background
The quality is nice but it does come with a strong smell, which I tried eliminating it by letting it sit in water for a bit. The reason I give this four stars is just because of the suction cups included. They donât hold it up well. But other than that I do recommend it.

Looks great, good value, shrimp like it.
Great size and coverage, rinse it off really good, soak it in warm/ hotâish water and it does really relax the leaves and frame. Easy to install with suction cups and it really doesnât float that bad (I used the full ring of the suction cups inserted it through the backing and turned it 90 degrees to âlockâ the unit on, that seemed to work better then having the âOâs on the suction cups clamp to the frame.) I am really happy how I get that carpet look in the front of my 20 gal and itâs nice to break up the gravel space in kiddos 10gal all with one piece! The cherry shrimp love to hide in it too.

Not well constructed
Leaves are sparse and fall off very easily defeating the purpose of using this as a hiding place for fry. Also suction cups will not stay attached to the decoration

Very pretty, easy to use
I enjoy that the grass has added depth to our tank. I ordered 10 of these for our 75gal freshwater tank.At first putting the suckers on the bottom of each grass square was annoying. But once you move past that they stick pretty well to the bottom of the tank and donât go flying around with a jet on.They also donât come loose when do a gravel vac/water changes. We have a very powerful gravel vac.Maybe one or two sides will come undone but that is due to the fish/eels picking up food.They donât get all gross super fast either.I would definitely buy these again for a larger tank.

I love this. Itâs great quality and doesnât have any sharp edges! The suction cups that came with it didnât work very well, but I have a million so it was fine lolOverall Iâm really happy with the quality and plan to buy more for other tanks!

Smells of toxic plastic and/or paint
This item has a very strong toxic plastic or paint smell. I tried leaving it out to hopefully air dry and the smell never dissipated. I tried soaking in white vinegar for a few hours, soaking in hot water for some time, soaking in peroxide, etc..I had planned to use it in my 55g goldfish/giant danio tank but since no matter ehat i tried there was no change in the odor so I was too fearful to use in any of my aquariums. I was really disappointed because it looks really nice, but not worth the risk to my fish. I ended up returning after a week or so of trying to get the smell to go away and no matter what I did, it wouldn’t. I would not recommend to use with fish because I’m not confident that it’s safe.If only using as a decoration where fish or other aquatic life are not at risk, then it would be great as long as you can stand the smell of it. Would not recommend for aquariums.
