I was pleasantly surprised when I got these. They are a combination of shades of green along with a few stones of other colors, they are really pretty.The sizes range from about a 1/4 inch to about an inch, and the stones seem to have been chosen and prepared well.Ten pounds is a decent quantity, there is probably enough to line a smaller aquarium, but I use them to top the surface of my potted plants and will be using some in a terrarium I’m going to create.They can be used in many ways. They can be used in the plants for drainage or to prevent evaporation, or in a larger that needed saucer to complement a nice pot. They can be used to create borders or small walls in a terrarium. These are attractive enough to make a mosaic top to a small table. They could also function as regular, ordinary pebbles, in the bottom of a pot, to weigh something down, etc., but that would be a waste because they are attractive enough to be shown off.They are not cheap, but I think they are worth the money if you use them for creative endeavors. If you want to use them to create a pathway outside or to line your garden it would take a lot of bags.Care was taken to put together stones of colors that blend beautifully together, and while they are quite attractive, they can be very useful.

Nice for bonsai
Nice shades and good size. Using for evaporation trays for bonsai and it’s perfect. Larger than most I’ve used and I find I like that a little better. The pots sit on it well and don’t dip on either side. Easy to take of the tray and clean too.
