BIG bowl for a big cat!
We started out with the hammock on our cat tree that it came with. Decent size, bowl was 11.5″ in diameter. By 6 months, our kitten was spilling out of it but loved it just the same. He’s a pretty long boy and getting chubby after being fixed; I’d say he’s a larger-than-average built cat, though not giant like a Maine Coon, for example. (See first pic)This new hammock has the biggest bowl diameter I could find at 13.5″ that was a decent price, and it is so much better! Easy to replace. He fits easily and as you can see immediately took a nap in it. It holds his weight just fine and the metal frame is sturdy and durable. (See second pic, we put the old bowl higher up, and you can see the relative size difference.)Material looks strong with good seams, and is nice and soft. Very happy with this product! (Also my cat is crazy about the fluffy ball toys that came with it.)

Easy, well matched replacement Hammock
Perfect replacement hammock for the cat tree. Color is a perfect match and wonderful to not need to buy a complete new cat tree. So easy to replace and sturdy as the original hammock.

Great for our kitties that outgrew the cat tree baskets!
We adopted three kittens and bought a beautiful cat tree from Amazon. Within 2 to 3 months our kittens outgrew the small baskets that came with the original tree, so we replaced them with these larger ones. I wish they would have come with the larger ones to begin with. These fit the bill perfectly. My kitties fit in them now and they all have a cozy place to be! Very glad we upgraded!!!

Great addition to cat tree
I bought this intending to replace the hammock already on my catsâ tree, but once I took that off, I realized I could flip it over and the fraying fabric would no longer be an issue. But, since I had already bought this, I added it as a second hammock, since that is by far the most popular nap spot in the living room. The color isnât an exact match, but is close enough. Itâs also really spacious. My 14.5 pound cat fits in it with room to spare. It sags a bit while heâs in it, since it only anchors to the tree in one spot instead of two, but it doesnât seem unstable. The new hammock has now become my big guyâs favorite nap spot. He spends hours in it at a time. I didnât hang the little balls on the tree, but left them bundled together, which apparently turns them into a great toy. My boys have been snuggling with the bundle and batting it around the house.

Sadly, Didnât Work for Us
Good quality, well made, soft fabric, but I returned it because it was a little smaller in reality than I thought and it didnât fit well on my existing cat tree. My cats showed no interest in it, unlike the one that came with my tree (which they fight over). Also, there were no hanging toys with mine but I didnât really care about them.

My Kitty Loves It
Easy to add to my existing cat tower. When I bought my kitties their new cat tower I thought the top basket was large enough for them to share but they prefer to stretch out there on their own. I saw and bought this hammock add on and it did the trick. My one kitty doesn’t want to have anything to do with it but the other is all snuggly and comfy in it. She absolutely loves it and melts my heart when she’s in it.Â

The cat tree I brought was not really adequate for 2 cats . Saw this and hoped but was compatible with the tree. It was and easy to add. My cats are very large now and still love it. Sometimes when they play on the tree, it lean over because if gheir weight but it has been fine to hold them.

This replacement basket works great! We have a part Maine Coon cat, he fits as best as he can with overhang but the original was smaller. Has held up well!
