Getting rest!
13oct2025So far at 5 stars. First off, this product makes me tired really fast and I find myself tired a little sooner by the end of the day which is great because itâs hard for me to wind down before bed.Been taking for almost a week now and they are working. Melatonin makes me super groggy, and while I was incredibly groggy the first 2 mornings, my body felt more rested. By day 3, I knew I was getting rest because my body felt sick in only the way it does when I have a vacation and catch up on rest enough that it knows it can heal and handle it. Maybe a weird concept for some but thatâs just what my body does. Plus the longer Iâm taking it the less groggy Iâm starting to feel day to day too. Could be my imagination, but Iâll keep paying attention over the next couple weeksAlso, gave my dad one to try, heâs 80 and typically gets maybe a solid 4-5 hr sleep before getting up frequently for bathroom breaks.. he reported that he got a solid 7hr sleep and only got up twice, but was able to fall back asleep immediately. He since took some of mine for him and his girlfriend to use over the next couple of nights. I also asked him if he was groggy, he said for about 30-45 min in the morning but wasnât terrible and after he had some coffee he was better than ever.Overall will keep using for now because Iâve been dreaming every night so I know Iâm in the rem phase a lot more and getting actual rest.If melatonin makes you groggy, I will warn that you will probably be groggy with this too, but not as harsh as other products and effects donât last as long and I would still recommend it.If anything changes I will add/update this review

Thus far, it is effective!
So far itâs been effective. First night I took seed sleep, there was no noticeable difference . From night two on, I have noticed feeling tired and am able to fall asleep quickly . While I have woken up once during the night here and there, I am able to simply fall back asleep. Much needed relief, for sure.

Doesnât work for me
I took it at 11 pm and it makes me sleepy, but every night I took it I woke at 3:30am! I would be awake for 2 or more hours.

I have only been taking these for about a week and I can see a huge difference in how fast I can go to sleep and I stay asleep!!! I have taken many different melatonin supplements and these are by far the best!

Double and Triple check before taking with other meds!
This is no fault of the medication, and on me for not checking with my doctor before purchasing. I cannot say this works, or does not work — just the possibility of getting a good night’s rest as a over worked, stressed mom of a toddler with a 8-5 made me purchase quickly without checking first with my doctor.Unfortunately I purchased this, started to take it and it affects my other medications even though I checked and confirmed it would not through Googling, reading many forums, and reading the official site. But my doctor insists I should not take this. $40 out sadly, and still no sleep. 🙁
