Beautiful! My fish loves his new home! He can never get stuck in this one! I had gotten a pottery house before in which he loved also but he kept trying to exit through the small windows and he got stuck one day I had to brake my pottery house because of this to get him out.

great but a tad too small
This ceramic hut is so cute! the shape is whimsical, the listing says it’s a pagoda but in my mind it’s more shaped like a little grass hut. The texture is smooth, glazed ceramic and fairly lightweight, but doesn’t feel delicate. The hide isnt very big like i expected, it’s more decorative than a functional hide like I intended to use it for. Regardless, it’s super cute and can ad a little accent to any nature theme inside a tank.

Great for betta
I recently had a streak of bad tank accessories that I tried to get for my betta fish and I was super disappointed in all of them. This is the first one Iâve gotten in a while that actually felt safe to put in my tank with my fish. Itâs super smooth so I have no worries of any fin rips or anything along those lines. My fish loves to hide in the little cove inside of it and take refuge there. Itâs on the smaller side and the look of it is a little boring, but it does look exactly like the photos so thatâs a positive I guess. I do wish it had a little more going on but the simplicity and lack of paint is a huge plus. Rather than it being painted it seems like itâs glazed so I donât have any fear of this bubbling or eventually seeping into my tank and causing problems. This is something I would definitely recommend for any betta fish parents. One word of caution is if you have a tank that has a black background the light white color of this will reflect off of that black background, and your betta may flare at itself in that area where itâs reflecting.
