With so many indoor cat food options out there focused on ingredients, how do you know what’s best? Royal Canin knows there’s a science to it: researching each pet’s nutritional needs to create a diet with the precise combination of nutrients needed to live a magnificent life. Mature cats face a unique set of health challenges. Fewer playtime sessions can mean lower muscle mass. An older cat may have difficulty eating due to dental problems or a declining sense of smell and taste. And with a long life full of napping, grazing, and grooming, mature cats often have higher-than-healthy body weights and foul-smelling stool odor. What your cat eats can make all the difference. Royal Canin Indoor 7+ Dry Cat Food is formulated with key nutrients for indoor cats 7 years and older. This complete and balanced mature cat food contains a vitality complex of added vitamin C, EPA, and DHA to help keep your cat active and strong. Adapted phosphorus levels provide healthy renal support. Highly digestible proteins promote digestive health and help to reduce litter box odors. And the soft, square kibble is easy to digest because it’s easy for older cats to chew. For variety, complement this dry cat kibble with our Royal Canin Intense Beauty Wet Cat Food. With over 50 years of scientific research and observation, Royal Canin continues to deliver targeted nutrition to feed every pet’s magnificence. Not satisfied? Then neither are we. Our formulas are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. (Just contact us for more details.)

The food receives positive feedback for its health benefits, maintaining cats’ health and weight while promoting a healthier coat, and one customer notes it’s gentle on their cat’s stomach. Excellent Nutrition Without the Junk
Best dry food in my opinion. My girl, a former street girl, will only eat dry food. She loves this and it helps to maintain her healthy weight and maintain her energy. Because the food is highly nutritious with no additives, her litter box is not full with the junk from other brands, nor is it smelly.

Temojin says he likes it, so Ill go by his word.
Temojin loves this stuff. He eats soft food as well, but hes always got a bowl of the dry and he purrs when he eats it. Hes a 28lb Main Coon, and hes not fat. Hes just huge. Apparently its very good eatablity because he eats it. He thinks its worth the money.

Great for an FIV+ cat with sore gums
When a stray cat showed up at my door and walked right in, I knew I had to help her. She was starving to death and had a bandage around her paw that was cutting off circulation and causing her paw to swell up to three times its normal size. After getting her to the vet, I found out she was FIV+, had a rib deformity, was not microchipped, and she had a lot of dental issues. They weren’t able to guess her age with any accuracy, but because she had tender gums, I decided to try feeding her this semi-soft mature cat food.Prior to its arrival, she was eating a variety of other things I tried, and they all seemed to make her vomit. Royal Canin did not. The vomiting stopped almost immediately after she got this food, and she has been eating it happily for several months now. I give her this as a primary food, with the occasional wet food treat on the side. Her coat has gotten much healthier, her gums are a little less swollen, and she doesn’t seem to have the constipation issues she was having before. I don’t see us switching foods as long as she continues to enjoy this one.

Great food at a great price!
This is a fantastic cat food at an amazing price. It’s over $10 cheaper than the same size bag at the big box pet stores. My 14-year-old long hair cat had been dealing with hairballs every week or so and a dull coat, so I switched from an indoor formula food to a mature hairball food by another popular leading brand that most vets feed. After 3 months, my old guy was still barfing at least 3-4 times a month. His coat did get a little softer, but the hairballs were the main issue so I started looking for another food. I decided on this one and couldn’t be happier! Bodhi seems to enjoy the taste, and my 3-year-old Maine Coon really likes it, too. After a week to transition, they’ve been eating it exclusively for about 6 weeks. In that time, Bodhi has had two hairballs but none in the last 3 weeks! I just noticed this morning how silky and shiny his coat is! Also, he’s been more playful and running through the house chasing my younger cat. The litter boxes are tucked away in a corner of each bathroom, and I’ve been nearby when they have used them. The smell of their feces is minimal and they’re small and firm. To me, this means there is less filler and junk in this food and that they are absorbing it well. Both of my cats seem happy and healthy which makes me a happy cat mom!My younger Maine Coon’s coat is naturally a bit greasy and used to mat up really bad, but that has improved somewhat, too. She also had flakiness on her spine near her tail, and that’s gotten much better. All in all, this may seem like a lot of money for cat food, but I’ll gladly pay it for the real improvements I’ve seen in both of my cats!

Transitioning to 7+ years and so far she likes this even though the pellets are a lot smaller than the spay and neuter size. Sheâs happy so Iâm good with that.
