Very clear, good ventilation, costa tad more than similars, but worth it
Good clear-viewing quality material, would purchase again.- Good ventilation at top and bottom, good sturdy latch.- Cost a tad more than similar sized items but well worth add’l cost and looks much nicer than cheaper plasticy-cages.- Works well for a Terrestrial tarantula (a rescued Brown Texas tarantula).- Not too tall (which we understand you don’t want too tall, to avoid a fall for a Terrestrial tarantula, understand need different heights of cages for various species of tarantula).

The tank in and of itself is very good. I like the whole for the thermometer. The opening and closing lid is really useful. It looks exactly like it does in the picture. This isn’t really an issue with the product but I bought it for one hermit crab and the tank just wasn’t big enough for what we needed so we ended up buying a 20 gallon tank. But that’s my fault for not researching what size tank I actually need. If you need a little bit smaller tank for a smaller animal this would be perfect. Holds heat really good. Super easy to assemble.
POSSUMS –
It’s great for bug colonies and fairly small creepy crawlies.
Very nice for a colony of isopods. I probably would NOT use this for a reptile or amphibian unless it’s a creature that’s an inch or two in length and doesn’t need very specific and prolonged humidity. It is fairly stable, and the plastic is definitely tough. I like the latch on top and the feeding hole. It makes misting my colony or lazily spooning in food easier. It doesn’t hold humidity well, what with the top being a mesh metal opening, but if your creatures can be misted, or if you put tape or plastic over the top, it should be relatively fine so long as you’re willing to baby them at least two or three times in a day. As for cleaning…I’d say it’s rather alright. It’s simple plastic, and it doesn’t seem to hold stains. Also assembling it was very easy, as all you have to do is attach the lid items together. You don’t even need a screwdriver, as they give you a small device to help with attaching it anyway. I plan to, once my isopod colony grows out in here further, get Madagascar hissing roaches. I think they’d fit well, so long as I only have no more than 3 in here, due to size and lack of verticle space.

Awesome tarantula enclosures.
I have a dozen of these in use now. They work great as adult enclosures for smaller species or as a juvenile enclosure for larger ones. The feeding port is so nice when dealing with old worlds.

Good product, but could be better
I like this product itâs easy to assemble. I keep my beetle in it and it works great. The only issue I have is that is that it was partially cracked but it was still useable thatâs why Iâm giving it 4 stars

Bought this to downsize from a 10 gallon tank for hissing cockroaches. This was great for what we needed worked perfect.
