I Can’t Believe It’s Not Real Wood
It looks real!Wanted to upgrade my tarantula tank. Needed some new hides for my B. hamorii.Enter this log.It looks real BUT it doesn’t mold or rot the way a traditional, real wooden hide would. It’s also amazing affordable, especially compared to other hyper realistic artificial hides.(This hide is smack dab in the middle of the tank, see attached photo.)

Works very well. Our corn snake loves it and have had zero issues with it. It is a perfect size for any enclosure and sturdy and well-built. Plus it looks very nice in the enclosure will definitely buy again for gecko enclosure this time.

Nice product
Great hide. I have an adult bearded dragon. He loves to hang out on top. Itâs great for getting hide off. It can be a little hard to clean because it is slightly porous. Itâs a sturdy hide and doesnât move around if the animal is jumping on it. Good price for it.

itâs pretty well made but some rough edges
so I got this for my large cichlids (10+inches) bc itâs the largest I could find, but im not sure if itâs big enough. like itâs for sure not big enough for all of them, especially the higher bodied fish, but I donât even think a full grown blood parrot can get through it safely bc it has rough edges.. itâs not a smooth inner shell like some have. I may keep it because there are plenty of smaller fish in there, but itâs not the hiding spot for the big guys that I thought it would be. I mean yeah some can probably wiggle their way through, but if they are swimming fast they could get hurt and that worries me. but then again they are probably smart enough not to try that unless they know they can fit. if it didnât have sharp edges I would have given it 5 stars.

Great for such a deadly piece
I wanted to love this so badly, it was the perfect size and quality, but there are just too made sharp death traps. As many others stated, they took a file to it, but mine just have way too many. For now, I think it’ll just be an out the terrarium piece for looks only.
