What’s the difference between ToxiRium’s UVA and UVB lights, and why are both important?
UVA promotes natural behavior and appetite, while UVB is essential for vitamin D3 production and bone health. Using both ensures your reptile receives a balanced light spectrum.
Are ToxiRium UVA and UVB lights suitable for all reptiles?
Yes, both lights support various reptiles like bearded dragons and turtles. The UVB light offers different intensities (10.0 or 20.0) to match specific reptile needs.
How long do ToxiRium lights last, and when should I replace them?
The UVA and UVB lights last 6-12 months. Replace the UVB light every 6 months to maintain UV levels. The fixture is durable for long-term use.
How do I install the ToxiRium light fixture safely?
The fixture is compatible with E26 sockets. Position it at a safe distance from your pet, ensuring proper ventilation to avoid overheating.
Can I use other bulbs with the ToxiRium light fixture?
Yes, it’s compatible with E26 bulbs, but ToxiRium bulbs provide the best results and a balanced light spectrum for reptile health.

Great lights for my reptiles, not too bright or too intense but still goves the UVA/UVB they need
Harold –
Great product
Replaced the bulbs that were in it and they were just regular bulbs I guess cause these new ones are a different color and our tortoises are basking in the lights and we have a heat lamp as well but the light gets th out more.

3 days of use and it came apart
Very disappointed. It gives good light but when I was going to change the lamp the bulb came apart. Very cheaply attached.

One bulb burnt out in less than a year

I wouldnât purchase again
The light is decent, but no noticeable heat coming from it. It also makes a humming noise, which Iâve not experienced with other bulbs. I thought with this much voltage there would be more heat, but even the lamp housing isnât hot to the touch. If you use these, just make sure there is another heat source to get temps where they need to be. This wasnât enough for my ball python. I was hoping to use this on one side during the day, with the ceramic heat or DHE on the other. But nope, Iâm still having to use two heat sources when use this. Itâs a 120 gallon enclosure.

Buy the two pack cause you shouldn’t rely on one working right off the back.
One bulb did not even work out of the box.
