Very pleased!
It looks well made. Bigger than I thought which is no issue for me at all. But if you have a smaller enclosure, just keep that in mind. I have a small enclosure and it looks big inside but I really donât mind. Aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.

Large sphere
Let me warn you this hide is large. When I eyeballed about a 2 inch size, I wasn’t accurate. This is very large for a standard jumping spider. At half the size, it would still be a bit larger than needed. But, that doesn’t make it bad, just be aware because your enclosure may not be big enough. I am showing the accessory in a 4″x4″x8″ enclosure. The metal mesh is coated so it is smooth and no gaps where the metal joints meet. There are spiked ends around the inside opening where the metal was bent inwards. I used my fingers to bend it further so it would be flusher with the sides. Spiders should not have an issue walking on this with the coating. Sometimes, mesh can catch legs if the joints are exposed but these are sealed in a coating. There are 2 strong magnets at the back and, happily, they can be completely removed since they are not glued. This means you could place the magnets elsewhere if you like to hang it in different orientations. Inside is a nylon/cotton type thread faux moss which is similar to the fake spider webbing but green. I am unsure if this will catch on the spider legs or it might entangle them. A cursory online search didn’t reveal any mentions of this type of moss used with spiders so a deeper dive is required. I can’t say if that portion is safe or not. The rope is plenty long enough to reach the bottoms of standard enclosures. For mine, I was able to coil it a few times (see pic). I did remove the moss and wash it well. I squeezed it with a paper towel and did not see dye release/staining so I feel good about that. There was no chemical smell to it either. I like the look and feel of the moss but I remain concern if it will stick to spiders or not. It surely snagged dry skin patches and nails of my fingers. Overall, I am quite pleased and the description was accurate. â 5 : Love It â Works exactly as described; excellent product even if I decide not to use the moss fibers. No regrets.

Great for a larger jumping spider enclosure.
Let me start by saying that this comes with a very long vine. I mention that because many of these come with a small vine that would not reach the bottom of the terrarium you see in my pictures. That terrarium is 10″ tall and as you can see it reaches down all the way with room. The hide is your standard size jumper hide. But the magnets on this are excellent. They hold up the hide with no problem at all. I like this much more than the other ones I see out there. It is a very vibrant green color inside, and it feels more solid than those typical 3D printed ones.Overall, this is my favorite of this type of hide with a vine design, and the price is the same as the lesser products. Excellent.

Soft and sturdy
My babies gonna love this! It comes with much more moss than you need so you will need to take some out and maybe use it later or when you need to clean the enclosure again.I like how soft the faux moss is. Itâs made of a sturdy metal and it comes with magnets that will not fall because they are rather strong. Itâs super cute with a rope thatâs long enough to allow the spider to climb up it. I love it itâs so well constructed.

Great size for large jumping spiders!
As we work on our 20+ jumping spider collections homes, I am constantly on the lookout for different things to decorate their homes. This is a very lovely shade of green and a great size for my larger jumping spiders. I am not using the magnet to hold it up, but I was able to get it mounted with e6000. My biggest regal girl absolutely loves to hide in this so it’s a win in my book!

Perfect for my regal jumping spider
This little magnetic hide looks amazing in my regal jumping spiderâs enclosure. The magnet is strong and keeps it firmly in place, which is nice so I donât have to worry about my spider getting harmed. Itâs designed well and gives my spider plenty of space to explore or rest. The texture and faux vines add a natural look that blends beautifully into the habitat. I like that itâs lightweight but sturdy, and easy to move when cleaning or rearranging the setup. My spider seems to love it, which makes this a great addition to any small bioactive or display enclosure.

Probably just for jumping spiders
This has a nice, strong magnet and would easily hold up to use with a jumping spider. The hide is very small, so I would not recommend use with a gecko unless is a micro or similar species. The little rope is useful to drape across the enclosure and other decorations to provide a nice place for a web. Overall, this is good and I would recommend it.
