Perfect for double tanks!
My turtles love this light, they bask in it all day. I love that it can be used with my 2 feeder tank setups at the same time!I clip it to the feeder tanks and they have light while eating and swimming. I can easily move it to their habitat tanks later in the day after they have eaten.I really love the timer feature too, if im going away for a night I can set it to automatically go on and off. I used to just leave their lights off before I got this.The heat level seems just right and the price can’t be beat!

Very pleased with this lightâI purchased it for my turtle, and it works exactly as expected. These work great but had to replace them for a second set. Lasted about a year though. The first set the mechanism that holds one of the lights started making the bulb go out when it was suppose to be on. It was loose and broke off inside so thatâs what was causing the light not to work properly

Not Just for Reptiles
I use this reptile light for my starter seedlings, and it not only has heat but also the UVA & UVB lights that my plants need on a daily basis. Iâve purchased a few different brands before, but this is the nicest quality. This light is design with features such as 3 cycling modes: 3H, 6H & 12H, and also 3 heating brightness modes. The 360 degrees 15.8 inch swan neck, really twists and turns easily just how you want it with no problems. I’ve had a hard time with some of them in the past that don’t easily bend the way I need or even make the light go out. The clip has a strong grip and can easily be clipped on in different ways. It includes two built-in electroplated bulbs that are 50W & 75W and should last longer with the quality of the bulbs. I have been really happy with how the light functions compared to the others I purchased in the past and would definitely buy this one again.

With the hot summer my poor cats have been riddled with fleas so the house is too, despite flea spray, smoke bombs etc. I’ve tried the flea traps with the sticky paper under a warming bulb and watched the critters jump onto and off the paper.Reading the reviews I noticed a comment someone put about using soapy water instead of the sticky papers which gave me an idea.So I bought this lamp, clamped it onto a table out of the way, and directed the lights over a shallow tray with soapy water in it.Oh my goodness! The heat lamps warmed the water and the fleas hopped on over and into the tray where they instantly sank to the bottom and died. 30-40 fleas in the first 24 hours and every day since. I just have to top up the water and clean the tray out regularly. The cats don’t touch the water because of the soap so that’s good. I guess you would need to cage the tray in if you had dogs or cats who were up for slurping soapy water.My cat is happier, my ankles most definitely are! I’ll keep it going until the daily haul of fleas diminishes until eggs have hatched and juveniles have jumped in for a swim. Much more practical and efficient solution than the other flea traps. I’m reallyimpressed and grateful to the person who gave me the idea (might use the heat bulbs to warm my feet in the winter as a bonusul use for the light which does throw out a good amount of targeted warmth)
