Worst
This product is garbage and useless. This is the THIRD one Iâve had to buy now, the light keeps blowing after only a few months, I go to switch out the bulb but it wonât rotate out of the lock position and I have now broke TWO BULBS IN MY HAND.How am I suppose to change a light that is locked in there stronger than the Federal Reserve? You need to make a system that is easy to change lights and doesnât waste your customers money by constantly blowing out and causing us harm to fix.Iâve never been a fan of your products as they all suck and break and donât work as intended, figured Iâd try again after several years but still just a cheap product with a company that does not care.

Doesnât fit inside 36â terrarium
Doesnât fit inside my 36â terrarium because the power cord so I have to put it on top and remove the mesh⦠bummerOther than that it lights up good!

Extremely frustrating and dangerous.
I ordered one set in T5 for my snake and one set in T10 for my bearded dragon. The T10 was DOA. The lightbulb had smashed into a million pieces and was a DISASTER. While setting up the T5, the light bulb was making a noise like something broke and was loose. I installed everything correctly, but of course- the light wouldnât power on. Amazon was nice enough to send out replacements for the two broken lights. Unfortunately, I had a repeat experience BOTH times! T10 was smashed to pieces and the T5 wouldnât power on. Thatâs FOUR broken light fixtures. Iâm really fortunate my animals had alternate light. I still want these lights- but Iâm not dealing with five & six. I hope the company figures out a better way to ship. This has been nothing but a frustrating, waste of time disappointment.

No bulb even though it has on the box combo
It said combo with light it even has it on the box and I didnât see anything in the description that the bulb was not included so a little disappointed in that. Would have been nice to know that part. Besides that itâs fine

Great quality and low profile
Love the new build of this light. Itâs more compact as well so it fits between shelf and tank with better clearance. Nice and bright and the bulb lasts longer than most.
