Perfect size and silent!
This heat panel was the perfect size! I needed to heat up a basking corner for my ball python in the far corner of his enclosure. Itâs keeping his climbing log a nice 85 F and is literally silent. Iâm going to eventually hang it inside once I figure that out haha

Don’t buy
The heat is negligible if you have a 4x2x2 and the plastic is cheap. I ran it while I took my dogs for a walk hoping the toxic plastic smell would go away it did not, smelled like that upon opening so no it wasn’t from running, after 2 minutes of smell I began to get a headache will not be using this for my python setup

Great, but not for everyone
I like it. I would say it’s a little big/powerful for my 40 gallon breeder tank, however I only needed the temps bumped a couple degrees. This would be fantastic for a high-heat animal like a bearded dragon, as even on medium settings it can get up to 85 with no issues. Max settings almost dried out my plants!If you live in a colder area, you’ll want this. It ups the ambient temperature like a charm. There are more expensive ones online that I’m sure are even better (and come in more sizes), but I went with this one for the price ad the fact that it’s adjustable right on the device. Works great for me at the minimum setting.

Great heater
I use these on 40 gallon and smaller tanks with thermostats. They work excellent in all my enclosures, PVC and glass ones. Great item and fast delivery every time I order one.

Donât put off much heat.
Small, donât really do much for heat. Had it on all day and my take is still cold. Might work for a really small tank.

Good for small tanks
We have this on the small new age reptile enclosure and it works great donât need additional heat it does not however do well on the medium enclosure. Very disappointing with the cost of them to have to buy more items to heat the enclosure for our ball pythons
