Disappointed
Bought this 100 gallon for my poison dart frogs. Thought it wouldâve been good quality for the price. I thought wrong. Product already came with a broken piece on one of the corners. No bid deal. The build isntructions are built for failure. One of my doors cracked during the process. Then one of the doors plastics broke during the last part. Wouldnât never buy cheap Chinese things any longer. Super disappointed go buy from your local reptile shop itâs worth paying a bit more for good quality

Huge tank but door handles were broken
Tank was easy to set up. The doors came with the handles broken unfortunately. Contacted the company with no response.

Love that you can remove fabric for easy cleaning and washing
Love the simple design. Comes disassemble with two arches, wooden dow rod poles and the fabric canopy. Easy to assembly by laying the first arch on its side and placing the rods in upright, using the two rods opposite ends to hold the fabric canopy taunt across the middle poles. Then just simply line up all the poles with the second arch and fit, when finished stand upright for placement in your reptile/ petâs enclosure. We got it for our juvenile bearded dragon (6 months old) and itâs the perfect size for her to lay under and also climb on top. Love the bright colored star pattern against the crisp white background. Best part is the ease of disassembling for spot cleaning or machine washing.

Poor Customer Service
The enclosure is great and went together easily. The rating is for the fact that the latch was broken on one of the doors making it impossible to open the door. When I reached out to reptizoo customer service, they were not at all helpful and told me to send the whole thing back. All I asked for was a door to replace the broken door. It could have been a simple fix, but they were rude and unwilling to help.

Easy to assemble
Because itâs not built as a unit itâs harder to create and attach a foam background. But it looks good. The door hinges are bigger than my previous terrariums. So I expect them to last longer. I replaced the bulkhead that didnât look reliable. I think itâs still worth the price.

Very poor customer service
Received our terrarium a couple days sooner than expected, which we were grateful for, but one of the latches on the door is broken. Email customer service numerous times with absolutely no response. It also leaks in one of the bottom corners. Which we most definitely couldâve lived with, but not being able to open up one of the doors is an issue have several of their products already which we are satisfied with, but Iâd rather pay more and get good quality service than to be ignored.

Cute little hideout
This was super easy to put together. Took less than 2 minutes to put it together. My bearded dragon loves to hide under it. It is very light weight, but very durable. The fabric that makes up the cover is a nice tough fabric. Overall very happy with it.
