Tastes great and works well as a meal replacer. It’s a bit chalky if you don’t mix it well but a shaker bottle, blender, or a whisk will fix the issue. The protein is animal based and not whey so it’s easier for me to digest. It’s a great value for the money and redcon1 is a great company.

Order arrived on time and as described.Powder mixes well in cold or room temp water/juice/milk.I am totally fine with the flavor, hubby doesn’t like the artificial taste.Great protein source.Fantastic boost to smoothies as the flavor is quite mild and easy to cover up with fruit.DO NOT USE IT IN HOT BEVERAGES!! I tried it in oatmeal with success, it didn’t change the flavor of the oatmeal much, but did still have a bit of “artificial” taste. Tried it in coffee and it cooked the protein! Tasted fine, but the texture was undrinkable, gritty and chewy.Overall, will buy again. Great value and a handy sized container.

Delicious flavor. The seal was not broke. Its a powder so it can get everywhere if you arent clean about it. It is a good value for the money and has a high protein content. It needs to be mixed very well for it to be smooth, otherwise it will stay chunky or clumpy. Good to use with water or milk. Had no effect on my energy and seemed clean enough for me.

Not bad with milk, terrible with water
Bought the Strawberry Shortcake flavor. Normally Iâm a chocolate person but decided to mix it up a bit this time. With water it was absolutely putrid, as in one of the worst things Iâve ever tasted, but with milk (I used Fairlife 2%) itâs not bad.Probably still not the best tasting protein shake Iâve ever tried, still a bit overly sweet. My skin doesnât like whey though and this is probably the best non-whey protein shake Iâve tried.Likely will buy again but probably in a different flavor
