Great replacement
2011 F150 xlt crew cab. Same problem as before on my right rear door. The wires that were broken made the truck think the door was always open and kept the dome light on. Factory wires are too short and break in the hinge area. 30 minute fix. Very simple replacement of the factory wire harness.

Truck left rear door sensor wire broke off three weeks ago. Located this item hoping it was the correct replacement. Before I install the item, I located two YouTube videos online before fixing the issue. Item was easy to replace and install and affordable. Highly recommend doing it yourself save a lot of money from the dealership. Only issue I had while installing was the bracket connector from the rear door to the center piece didnât fit properly in the socket. But I managed to make it work. Functional well recommend purchasing if you have the same problem. Forgot to take pictures and videos, believe me the process was easy.

The door post part did not fit, but salvaged the old one. Clips had to be relocated, but that was easy. Take care of these and it would be 5 star.

Fixes Door Ajar Problem
Worked to fix the rear right door ajar problem in my 2012 F-150 FX4! I don’t know anything about mechanics and was able to swap this out myself in less than an hour in the dark and cold with a headlamp. Easy fix and all the connections fit and work!
